【葉國吏／綜合報導】國內銀行龍頭台灣銀行，驚傳遭騙1.6億元。

《自由時報》報導，台中市「榮元營造公司」以「工程周轉金」為由，向台灣銀行台辦理貸款。台灣銀行雖然要求榮元開立專戶，以確保債權，但卻沒有真正去稽核，直到沒繳利息才發現，榮元公司早就被搬空，台銀損失超過1.6億元。
