【綜合報導】面對美國預算遭到凍結，美國財政部長傑克路(Jack Lew)指出，他已開始採取最終非常手段，以避免債務突破上限。

但傑克路也重申，這些措施將難以撐過本月17日，未來經濟前景恐會是「大災難」。
