柯文哲帳戶案 檢傳祕書證人

台北地檢署偵辦柯文哲被控MG149案，今天上午傳喚劉如意及蔡壁如作證。劉女帶帽口罩低調抵北檢後，蔡女隨後抵達，面對媒體，均不發一語。

中國國民黨籍立委羅淑蕾日前告發無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲私設MG149帳戶，涉嫌貪污、洗錢、違反稅捐稽徵法等罪；柯文哲9月18日公布財產自清。

不過，壹週刊後來報導一段台大醫院流出的錄音，內容指出，台大醫院護理師兼ECMO（葉克膜）組長蔡壁如，在外科加護病房的辦公室，和醫務祕書劉如意演練未來面對記者或檢方偵訊時如何說明。

台北地檢署對此表示，是否有涉及串證之虞，承辦檢察官會一併了解，目前本案仍是「他」字案，日前曾經傳喚蔡壁如作證，並赴台大醫院調取資料，今天則是傳喚劉如意及蔡壁如到庭。
