偷裝GPS掌握行蹤　討債集團送辦

【李恩慈／台南報導】台南市警局第三分局今偵破以蔡姓主嫌為首的暴力討債集團，警經半年蒐證，帶回組織成員12人和本票、帳冊等證物，受害人數近百人，全案依違反組織犯罪防制條例等罪嫌移送偵辦。

警方表示，該集團經營地下錢莊，以放高利貸為主，若有被害人借貸後無法如期還錢，就會被討債集團用暴力行為和言詞恐嚇，甚至會偷偷在被害人車輛裝設GPS定位系統，定期用手機監看追蹤行動；有時掌握行蹤的集團成員突然出現，駕車惡意衝撞被害人，讓被害人受傷，心生畏懼，手段相當惡劣。警方說，有些被害人發現被裝設GPS後，趕快拆下並丟棄河內，結果卻被集團成員要求賠償2萬元的損害費用，行徑囂張；大部分受害人因擔心被集團報復，大多不敢報警。
