【綜合報導】美國白宮表示，總統歐巴馬於美東時間今天中午12時25分（台灣時間周三凌晨0時25分）將在白宮玫瑰花園，發表演說。

美國政府從今天凌晨零時起部分停擺，直到國會兩院通過應急預算案為止。歐巴馬很可能是針對此事發表演說。
