我有個朋友在一間不錯的木地板公司擔任儲幹一職， 但最近與他聊天聊到有關她們公司加班費的算法，覺得 有些不合理所以想請教一下大家。 我朋友正常下班是17:20加班到20:30加班費卻只算加40分鐘的班 ，其餘時間則算為公司要求的責任制，想問一下這樣的加班費算 法是合法的嗎?有合乎勞基法的規定嗎?因為這樣一想他根本就多 加很多班耶!!!且我朋友他這樣永遠也領不到加班滿一小時*1.33 被這種加班費阿!!更奇怪的是他們是打卡上下班的制度耶，加班 還非自願的是硬性被排班的優!!這樣我朋友是不是有被剝削呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.158.11.44
