陳菊應訊2小時　強調市府及時救災

高雄地檢署今日下午三點傳喚陳菊市長說明氣爆案，歷經二小時庭訊結束，陳菊步出地檢署表示，已向檢察官說明當晚消防局接獲報案後，及與環保單位專業辨識人員到場，以確認不明氣體程序，一一據實向檢察官說明，當時相關通聯記錄也相當清楚。市府首長是否有瀆職，可由法院判斷。
 
台聯議員候選人稱陳菊是「高雄人心中的林志玲」，陳菊則回應「不敢當，謝謝！」她是老態龍鍾，或是老當益壯，每個人看法不同。但她強調「每個人都是媽媽生的，也都會老，拜託對手不要歧視女性、老人！」
 
聲援陳菊民眾則再度高喊「陳菊加油」、「高雄加油！」，簇擁陳菊離去，人潮才逐漸散去。（涂建豐／高雄報導）
