客運未巡檢 女遭反鎖

【郭美瑜╱台北報導】搭國道客運到站竟被鎖在車裡！民眾向《蘋果》投訴，中秋節與友人搭大有巴士北上，但到站時沒聽到司機廣播、車子也未進站內，就被載到南港休息總站；她批司機未巡檢就鎖門閃人，她拍窗呼救5分鐘才獲救。

轉運站外下乘客

劉小姐昨指，和友人中秋節上午搭大有巴士從台中北上，想在北市府轉運站下車，兩人坐在後排；但司機到站後，在站外就讓乘客下車，她與友人未聽到廣播，且因車輛未進站，不知已到站而未下車，竟被載到南港的休息總站，且被關在車內。
劉小姐批，在車內揮手拍窗呼救，還打電話向大有客服反映，5分鐘後才被其他司機發現通知該車許姓司機，許才開車門，且「一句道歉都沒有」。
大有巴士中華站主任許螢華說，許姓司機曾廣播兩次，但疏忽未巡檢，導致乘客受困，將懲處。公路總局說，若查明屬實將列評鑑，專案輔導。
