美將簽署聯合國武器貿易條約

美國國務院高級官員24日表示，美國國務卿柯瑞將簽署「聯合國武器貿易條約」，以規範每年全球高達700億美元的傳統武器貿易活動。總統歐巴馬於24日向參議院通知此事，而由柯瑞代表簽字。這項條約還須獲得參議院複決，但一直受到全美步槍協會的強力反對。
