消費信心欠佳　美股早盤窄幅震盪

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】美國9月消費者信心指數從8月的81.8下滑至79.7，不如市場預估的79.9，一度拖累美股3大指數下挫，S&P 500指數一度失守1700點關卡，但投資人仍謹慎評估美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）官員發言，早盤由黑翻紅，持續窄幅震盪。

紐約Fed總裁杜德利（William Dudley）表示，今年內仍有可能縮減購債規模，但也強調，是否減碼QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆），要視經濟數據而定，而Fed目前對經濟成長的預估，較6月時更為保守。
