無視在野黨杯葛 柬埔寨組政府

（法新社柬埔寨金邊23日電） 柬埔寨總理洪森（Hun Sen）的長期執政黨今天無視在野黨議員的杯葛抗議，著手籌組政府。

緬甸數週來發生多起政治騷動與暴力事件，成為總理洪森掌權近30年來數一數二的最大挑戰。柬埔寨當局現在已經在國民議會（National Assembly）附近部署鎮暴警察。

在野柬埔寨救國黨（Cambodia National RescueParty）議員在下議院開議首日拒絕入席，並警告國家正邁向「獨裁」。

儘管議員杯葛抗議，國王西哈莫尼（NorodomSihamoni）還是要求洪森籌組新政府。新政府必須經多數新當選議員表決通過才能成立，議員預期明天投票表決。
