【張欽／台北報導】空軍北部區域作戰指揮管制中心上尉蔣福仲被控將我國航管等重要機密，交給在中國經商的叔叔，藉此獲利近百萬元，被依洩密軍事機密罪起訴，且遭收押至今。《軍審法》修正案8月15日上路後，此案移由高等法院審理，上午高院首度開庭，但涉及機密不公開審理，庭訊僅15分 鐘就結束。
