北韓攔截檢查俄漁船　俄國要求解釋

【綜合報導】 俄羅斯外交部昨（21日）在官方網站發表聲明，要求北韓對俄漁船在日本海遭其軍艦攔查一事做出解釋。據俄聯邦漁業署21日發佈的消息，這艘俄羅斯漁船計劃由俄遠東扎魯比諾港駛往南韓，船上裝有活蟹。

北韓海岸警衛隊前天（20日）在日本海對俄羅斯「阿爾泰」號漁船進行攔截檢查。俄方表示，北韓軍艦是在沒有與俄漁船取得聯繫的情況下逕行開槍，俄漁船船長隨後下令停船。北韓人員登船檢查詢問後，才將其放行，俄方漁船未受損、人員也沒有傷亡。
