【台股盤前】　平盤下放空量能維持850億

【高佳菁／台北報導】金管會刺激股市成交量的第2支箭開放1200 檔平盤下放空個股今上路，預期在消除散戶節前觀望心態及QE 退場的不確定因素後，大盤成交量將有機會維持在850 億元的水準，但短線須留意外資在連續買超超過20 日後的調節現象，指數上檔8350 點之上獲利了結賣壓仍重，預期本周將為震盪走勢的格局。
 
大昌投顧表示，台股上周因中秋節連續假期，只有3 個交易日，但在外資連續買超17 日推升大盤的帶動，指數守穩下檔5日均線8205 點，周線上漲66 點收在8209 點。隨著美國QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）政策本月仍將維持寬鬆不變，但在傳出10月仍將緩步退場下，美股道瓊下半周歷經大幅震盪，但維持周線上漲，由於QE 緩步退場已為市場的共識，投資人並不需太過恐慌。
