【蕭夙眉／台中報導】台中市一名姚姓男子（45歲，妨害自由前科）疑似不爽後方大貨車陳姓駕駛（28歲）對他鳴一聲喇叭，攔下大貨車，下車拿著鐵棍，高舉鐵棍作勢要毆打陳男，且咆哮嗆：「幹你娘」、「我在開大貨車的時候，你都還不知道在哪裡？」陳男心生恐懼害怕，不敢下車，立即打110報景恐嚇。警方事後找到姚男，他拒絕製作筆錄，一派無所謂的說：「到法院再說吧！」警方今天依照恐嚇罪嫌函送。
