中南部強降雨持續 漸往北擴展

根據中央氣象局最新颱風資料顯示，輕度颱風康芮暴風圈籠罩宜蘭及新竹以北；中南部強降雨持續，且降雨區域漸往北部擴展。

氣象局說，上午11時，康芮颱風中心在台北東北方近海，向北轉東北移動，暴風圈籠罩宜蘭及新竹以北地區，台灣中部以南降雨明顯且強降雨持續中。

值得注意的是，氣象局觀測，強降雨區域正逐漸往北部地區擴展，北部地區也要提防大豪雨。

氣象局發布中南部超大豪雨特報，區域包括：屏東縣、高雄市、台南市、嘉義縣、雲林縣、南投縣、台中市、嘉義市。

大豪雨特報區域包括：台北市、新北市、桃園縣、新竹縣、苗栗縣、宜蘭縣、彰化縣。

氣象局統計，27日0時至上午11時，累積雨量最多的是屏東縣大漢山554毫米、其次是台南市環湖496毫米、嘉義縣中坑488毫米、雲林縣虎尾448毫米、高雄市大寮354毫米、南投縣桶頭253毫米。

氣象局觀測上午出現較大陣風地區為蘭嶼13級。
