水利署針對8縣市發佈1級淹水警戒

【王玉樹／台北報導】康芮颱風襲台，水利署針對台中市、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣、嘉義市、台南市、高雄市、屏東縣等8縣市發布1級淹水警戒（持續降雨，轄區內村里與道路可能已經開始淹水），北部苗栗則發佈發布2級警戒（持續降雨，可能3個小時內會淹水），提醒低窪地區民眾要注意物品與重要物件搬離。
