【陳穎／綜合報導】具惠善在韓版《流星花園》飾演「杉菜」走紅，昨受邀出席第九屆「堤川國際音樂電影節」，足蹬4吋高跟鞋走紅毯，拍完照下台時，一個重心不穩，差點跌倒。好在她hold得住，立馬把重心拉回來，免於跌倒出糗。

但另一名女星李怡就沒這麼幸運，一個重心不穩就往前跪下，紅毯旁的民眾跟著驚呼，她淡定地站起來，忍痛繼續往前走。她事後表示，好丟臉！
