重機車運毒 刑事局查獲四海幫毒販海洛因1公斤

【記者李桂馨台北報導】刑事警察局緝毒專責隊偵三隊報請臺灣高雄地方法院檢察署檢察官劉俊良指揮偵辦之毒品走私案件。今年2月間偵查得知四海幫份子的毒販張智傑(39歲，有槍砲、毒品、組織等前科)，長期在北部地區販賣一級毒品海洛因，由於擁槍自重，加上騎乘白色HONDA CB1300大型重機車運毒，活躍北部毒品市場，由高雄及士林地方法院檢察署共同指揮偵辦。

經偵三隊會同基隆市警察局刑警大隊共組專案小組，長達6個月的監控、蒐證，發現該毒販張智傑以騎乘重型機車之方式運送毒品，為逃避警方追查，另租賃隱密之小套房做為倉庫藏收毒品。

專案小組掌控張嫌涉案證據及藏放毒品之處所後，於8月14日持法院核發之搜索票前往新北市三重區進安街及台北市士林區後港街等地查扣海洛因磚三塊(一公斤餘)、改造空氣槍3枝、制式子彈45顆；全案依違反毒品危害防制條例、槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例等罪嫌，移送士林地檢署偵辦。
