高雄捷運出現快閃族!一群穿著不同國籍服飾的學生，突然聚集在高捷車站和車廂內，他們用多國語言高唱「小小世界」後，快閃離開。原來他們是來自高雄瑞祥高中的學生，為8月21至23日即將到來的「亞太城市臺灣青年高峰會」造勢宣傳。

高捷車廂突然傳來各國語言歡唱「小小世界」樂音，吸引眾人目光。原來這是高雄瑞祥高中學生自主發起快閃活動，為「2013亞太城市臺灣青年高峰會」宣傳，瑞祥高中學生說，期望吸引青年學子關注，共同參與國際事務。

對於青年學子的主動發起，高雄市教育局長鄭新輝相當肯定並表示，青年學子主動為亞太城市年青年高峰會發聲，積極參與國際活動，有助理解各國差異，相互尊重不同，甚至展現青少年實際行動力。

鄭新輝強調高雄除了有APCS，8月21日到23日將在義守大學舉辦「2013亞太城市臺灣青年高峰會」，是專屬青年朋友的高峰會，來自全國各地24隊青年代表，共同探討國際城市公共議題。
