我知道桃園人可能會覺得很奇怪 麻醬麵幹嘛加肉燥 因為我是在台南生長 其實南部的麻醬麵都是肉燥麻醬麵(譬如李安愛吃的那種) 而我到桃園之後發現北部的麻醬麵都是麻醬+醬油那種乾麵 就是少了一種肉燥味 我覺得肉燥麻醬麵到北部開一定會大賣 http://ppt.cc/6P8- 台南沒有什麼大餐廳 多是小吃 像這種麻醬麵在台南都是賣大概35~40 有的店會賣貴了 到50的都有 唉~~想在桃園找這種家鄉味好難 哪裡有賣呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.255.240.145
