罰不怕！七期夜市業者今將照常營業

【鄭敏玲／台中報導】位於台中市市政路與朝富路的台中市政觀光夜市違法營業，台中市都發局雖然已經連續開罰兩張罰單、總罰金達到十八萬元，但上午攤位仍未撤除，贈獎舞台上也推滿貨品，沒有停業的跡象。

台中市都發局表示這處三千五百坪的住宅預定地，不能經營夜市或是設立商場等大型餐飲店，將會繼續稽查開罰，業者若持續置之不理，最嚴重將會移送法辦。
