遭外婆愛人性侵　小六童趁變換體位逃狼爪

1名國小六年級女童今年3月在假日回台南外婆家，午睡時遭外婆陳姓同居人(48歲)性侵，哭喊無人聞，趁陳男欲變換體位時逃逸，伺機跑到表舅家求助。台南地院一審判陳嫌3年10個月。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，當時外婆介紹外孫女給陳男認識，3月10日上午11時許，陳男飲酒返家，見女童一人午睡摀住口鼻、強壓上床，脫去衣物強吻胸部、私處，女童哭喊「媽媽、阿嬤，救命！」無人聽聞。

女童趁陳男變換體位暫時放開雙手空檔，奪門而出，先躲廁所，見陳未尾隨，再跑到附近表舅家求助。台南地院一審判決，陳男為女童外婆同居人，對等同有「祖孫關係」的女童性侵，惡行重大，依強制性交未遂罪判刑3年10個月。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
