我記得直接和屋主交易好像會被仲介找麻煩對吧!

我要先說明一下

小弟我已經有二間房，還有房貸，不會再買房的

OK 進入正題

有個朋友他說上個月他找某房屋的仲介看了一間房 開價7xx萬

看完請仲介談價格說要出6xx萬

但該仲介表示至少要700萬才能談

朋友因此要找別的房子 上591看結果發現屋主本人也有po在591上

立馬和屋主聯絡 後來和屋主談好6xx萬成交

並約好要簽約 (我是提醒他要注意怕是詐騙)

但是我記得看版友說過這種行為仲介不會放過他 因為有帶看了(雖然價格是他自己談的)

所以我問他要不要過3個月再簽約才沒問題 應該沒記錯吧

趕快來問一下大家是不是這樣啊???幫幫忙喔!
