用餐併桌惹禍　惡男球棒狂K男大生

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名大學生，上月25日下高雄，找同學聚餐，因位置不夠坐，疑因店員挪移隔壁桌子，引發1名中年男客人不滿，持鋁棒往男同學後腦，狠狠重擊3下，男同學當場鮮血直流，男子疑又恐嚇其他同學，不要幫腔，否則要給他們「吃子彈！」。

  警方到場時，行兇男子已離開餐廳，警方從店家監視器，查到男子駕駛租賃車輛，男同學有腦振盪情況，右手指骨折開了2次刀，家人擔心無法扣板機，不能當兵；家長不滿事發10多天後，警方告知尚末找到行兇男子，後來還是透過民代，警方才告知，已找到對方了，家長氣憤說，兒子只是吃頓飯，就莫明其妙被打慯，人證、物證俱在，警方辦案速度實在太慢，治安怎麼這麼差！
