墾丁熱氣球音樂季　縣府不准仍照做

【李卉婷／屏東報導】日前遭恆春居民檢舉的「墾丁彩虹熱氣球音樂季演唱會」，因用地屬農地，且國家級溼地500公尺內應實施環境影響評估細項，經恆春鎮公所查報、縣府不准營業並要求恢復原狀、環保團體抨擊下，今日竟還架設宣傳音樂季活動的造型拱門，業者執意態度令人難以想像，活動場地仍持續整地中。

  業者今日仍不願多做回應，屏東縣政府農業處長姚志旺表示，將再請恆春鎮公所查報實際情況，一定積極處裡。
