男子搶女同學手機要求口交 搶奪罪判六月

【蔣永佑／台北報導】北市一名18歲楊姓男子，去年10 月15日巧遇昔日高中同窗的陳姓女同學，兩人相約陳姓少女下班後至北市大同區某公園聊天，楊男卻搶走少女手機，將女方引誘至附近防火巷內，要求少女替他口交，少女於是同意。
 
不料完事後，楊男竟不還手機拔腿就跑，少女因此報警。由於楊男事後已賠償少女2萬5千元手機損失，雙方達成和解，士林地院依搶奪罪判決楊男6個月徒刑，可易科罰金18萬元。
