建議閱讀圖文網誌: http://www.wretch.cc/blog/blackmamba24/15270550 (喜歡聽音樂可以自己點) 這是位於中正路尾段近南崁的一家麻辣鍋 之前也在板橋分店用過餐，簡單的形容它 小弟個人覺得就是盜版的X王… 華川宴麻辣鍋 話說這邊用餐環境與座位都相當不錯 基本的副餐白飯外，一開始都會送上蝦餅 華川宴的兩樣主打： 麻辣鍋 以及 東北酸菜鍋 為啥小弟覺得她是盜版的鼎王? 就是因為這個鍋… 但是很爆笑喔… 鍋勺還要看地方放… 真的是很掉漆… 吃麻辣鍋必然有的鍋底，包括鴨血豆腐 另外還有我們吃麻辣鍋最喜歡點的牛筋 牛肉的部分品質相當不錯 還有吃麻辣鍋一樣很愛點的豆皮，另外一樣不可或缺的油條忘了拍 除了吃肉，當然也不可缺少青菜 不過湯頭吃起來，算是走香料走向 但是有偏甜不夠辣，所以又要了辣油 整個吃起來，感覺一次就夠了，何況小弟吃了兩次 真要說以桃園來說，香辣取向建議還是吃老四川吧… 但是小弟還是比較喜歡新開幕的鼎王 延伸閱讀: 老四川 延伸閱讀: 鼎王桃園 鼎王台中 延伸閱讀: 台北滿堂紅 台北皇家帝國 -- 我的網誌 : 寫汽旅摩鐵.美食.遊記 http://www.wretch.cc/blog/blackmamba24 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.161.54.133
