Achillion新C肝藥恐損肝臟 暫停臨床實驗、股價慘跌

Achillion Pharmaceuticals Inc.實驗中的C型肝炎新藥導致受試者肝酵素異常飆高，美國食品藥物管理局下令暫停臨床試驗。消息傳出，Achillion股價崩跌近1/4。

彭博社和路透社報導，藥物交互作用實驗發現，同時服用Achillion的C肝新藥「sovaprevir」和兩種愛滋藥物後，健康受試者體內的肝酵素會大幅增加，顯示肝臟可能受損。Maxim集團分析師Jason Kolbert表示，還不清楚箇中原因，只知道Achillion的藥與愛滋藥混用時，會導致毒性反應。

Achillion於4月23日宣佈新藥似能有效治療C型肝炎；該公司表示連續12週服藥後，8名患者中5人血液內的C肝病毒降至無法偵測的程度。目前全球約有1.7億人患有C型肝炎，估計市場達200億美元。

Achillion過去12個月股價飆升了35%，但新藥測試出包使股價跳水，1日美股盤後慘跌23.92%至6.36美元
