【陸運鋒／新北報導】火好大！快往上跑。機車火警引發的大火堵住逃生路線，欲下樓逃生的民眾被迫只能躲到頂樓等待救援。

今凌晨2時許，新北市三重興華街發生機車火警，警消獲報後立即派車前往救援，公寓大門外停放的車輛不停燃燒，堵住了居民唯一逃出的路線，警消立即佈水線進行搶救，所幸火勢在10分鐘熄滅，警消再依序將28位民眾疏散，不少人臉部遭濃煙燻黑，相當狼狽。

【蔡惠如／台北報導】由於智慧電視市占的快速成長，電電公會集合旗下3千個會員，推出台灣首個智慧電視社群網站「TV01」〈網址：www.tv01.com.tw〉，提供智慧電視產品、科技新知、達人實測文章等資訊，跟一般討論區網站最大不同，便是該平台資訊均為官方資料，頗具正確性。

電電公會表示，根據工研院報告，2011年智慧電視市占率已達1成，預計2015年，智慧電視市占可達7成，故成立此平台，讓民眾方便了解智慧電視相關資訊，「TV01」現可查詢各品牌約200個智慧電視的規格資料、針對TV產品的新聞、電視發表會等，民眾能在該平台查到所有電視資訊。

【大紀元2013年09月17日訊】 根據最新公布的最新一項研究，卑省居民在購買水果、蔬菜、肉類和奶製品時更在意產品是否產自本地，而非「有機」。
　　
超過85%的受訪者表示願意購買本地未加工的食品，62%的人願意為此多支付6%-10%的價格。
　　
NRG 研究集團和Peak Communicators 近日對1001名加拿大人進行了調查，他們被問及在購買食品時考慮哪些因素，40%的人選擇注重看產品是否產自本地，38%的人考慮價格，而只有9%的人選有機產品。此外，調查發現，在考慮價格因素時，44歲及以下的消費者比45歲以上的消費者更在意價格。
　　
NRG研究部經理Lesley Duncan表示，當給出選擇時，消費者往往選擇物美價廉的本地產品，他們也願意多付錢來購買，不過一般本地產品都不會太貴。Duncan 說：「儘管不是一個直接問題，調查結果顯示卑省居民更願意把錢給個體戶或小企業，而非大公司。」
　　
雖然研究人員沒有定義「本地」的概念，加拿大食品檢測局最近發布了一個新的臨時定義，即任何在卑省境內的，或加國境內距離卑省50公里處出產的農產品都屬於「本地出產」。
　　
大部分雜貨連鎖店將新鮮的食品註明產自卑省，但小型連鎖店和零售商表示，消費者更關注產地的詳細信息，包括地區、城市或農場的名字。
　　
Choices市場發言人Sara Yuristy說：「如果人們知道他們具體的來源地，並信任它，則願意支付更多的錢。」Choices市場出售的75%的牛肉來自卑省3個牧場，更多的肉類產品會貼上農場的名字。
　　
「在過去的10年裡我們出售的本地產品在大幅增長，我們看到人們現在更喜歡購買本地產品，超過有機產品。」
農業廳長Pat Pimm說：「卑詩省的食物生產與加工在本地和國際上都被認為是高品質的，這就是為甚麼與其他130個國家比較，卑省居民更願意選擇本地的超市、雜貨店和餐廳。 ◇

【劉曉霞／台北報導】建商中秋連假拼買氣，舉行活動吸引民眾。中部建商總太地產推出抽汽車活動，「青境悅來」專案經理周大麟說，中秋期間來店簽約客戶將有機會抽中國產汽車Toyota Vios，完銷還可參加賓士抽獎，中獎機會相當高，就有客戶同時抽中iPhone和重型機車，預定19日抽國產汽車、月底抽賓士。

北部總銷100億元的大案「君泰」也利用中秋連假，舉行中秋烤肉活動，負責代銷的信義代銷協理詹煥智說，本周六下午3點開始就會舉行烤肉大會，現場還會有氣球表演、鋼琴弦樂演奏以及賞屋禮，買氣可望至少增加3成。

周大麟指出，看準首購族群喜愛像辦資訊展一樣熱鬧的氛圍，對於中秋連假買氣相當有信心，主打首購族群的建案買氣應該還是很熱絡。

總體來說 目前市面上來說
當然有很多競爭對手有更複雜的電子輔助系統 或是更便宜的售價的產品
但是如果以整個產品線來說 我覺得LUXGEN U7 Turbo的整體性是相當平衡的
沒有複雜的電子系統避免了日後高貴的維修成本(網路上有很多案例)
造型與質感又可以直追進口車系
但是卻有著完善在地化的維修保養體系不用擔心待料問題
成熟的產品妥善率與合理的CP質對於真正聰明的車主來說
我想選擇是很清楚的
這是我今天一個簡短的想法 以下開放討論
