【綜合報導】路透引述正在聯合國開會的某兩國外交官說法，稱美國國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）25日將在聯合國大會的場邊簽署《武器貿易條約》（the Arms Trade Treaty）。

2013年4月2日，聯大以154票贊成（包括美國）、北韓、伊朗和敘利亞共3票反對、中國、俄羅斯、印度和埃及等23票棄權的結果表決通過了《武器貿易條約》，但美國截至目前尚未簽署。該條約是一個規範國際間傳統武器貿易的多邊協定。

【陸運鋒／新北報導】今天凌晨2時許，中和景安路發生一起墜樓事件，當地陳姓里長凌晨巡邏時，聽見一聲巨響，以為是車禍趕緊四處搜尋，後來發現一名男子頭顱爆裂，倒臥在血泊之中，嚇得趕緊報警，警方抵達時，男子已經沒有生命跡象。

警方調查，墜樓的許姓男子(約50歲)，從14樓住處往墜落，妻子向警方表示，丈夫下巴及食道有惡性腫瘤，罹患口腔癌，一直待在醫院化療，昨出院時，透露有輕生念頭，懷疑因病痛而想不開，警方並未在住處發現遺書，也沒有打鬥跡象，初步研判男子因不堪病痛折磨才會選擇自殺。

【孫友廉／新北報導】鍾姓男子（46歲）在三峽開設「佛手達摩傳統整復工作室」，去年11月初，時年20多歲的女大學生由於車禍受傷，前去復健治療，鍾男卻趁女大生躺臥治療床，稱她陰部氣血偱環不佳需按摩，脫去她內外衣褲，按摩胸部、陰部，雖女大生喊痛，鍾男仍未停手，剛好女大生手機來電，才藉機離開。
 
數天後，女大生再去治療，鍾男卻反鎖隔間木門，脫去兩人衣物，藉稱要以個人體溫幫女大生熱敷，正面抱住女大生後摸臀。女大生驚覺不對，取走衣物要離去，鍾男仍從後環抱撫胸，在耳邊說：「我可以親吻妳嗎？」硬強吻她，女大生離去後向男友等人哭訴。
 
新北地院今除依利用權勢猥褻罪判處鍾男6月徒刑，可用18萬元易科罰金，另再用強制猥褻罪判他10月徒刑；全案尚可上訴，鍾男事發已改至它處營業。

【胡守得／台北報導】苗栗大埔張藥房老闆張森文落水死亡案，法務部法醫研究所今天完成複驗鑑定，確認張森文生前落水無誤、沒有可疑外傷及毒物反應，鑑驗報告下午以特急件送交苗栗地檢署作為後續偵辦證據。
 
法醫所對於張森文的解剖鑑驗，由毒物化學組、病理解剖組、血清組合力完成，經過血液、毛髮、臟體的採樣鑑定，未發現毒物反應，今天下午先將檢體鑑驗報告送交苗檢，完整鑑驗報告及解剖報告將在數日後完成。

【劉智維／高雄報導】高雄市阿公店溪再傳業者偷排廢水，導致整條溪水被染成紅褐色，民眾懷疑業者想利用近日降雨、溪水高漲時偷排廢水，較不易被人發現，不料降雨量不如預期，導致河面遭污染物質染紅。

高雄市環保局表示，污染水源物質疑含有大量鐵銹，雖較不具毒性，但也會造成水中含氧量降低，目前已鎖定特定業者展開稽查，釐清後將視情況進行開罰。
