【王立德╱台北報導】台灣出口陷入旺季不旺的窘境，面對台幣兌美元盤中交易動輒升值逾2角、屢屢升破29.5元、29.4元，朝29.3元挺進，看在出口商眼中，不得不向央行喊話「台幣不要再升了。」央行近日也死守尾盤不升破29.5元關卡。

亞幣兌美元10月以來升貶幅

受到9月出口較去年同期意外衰退7%，不少出口商紛紛出面促貶台幣，昨日電電公會理事長郭台強更趁機向總統馬英九建議，貨幣政策應做適當調整，來增加出口商的競爭力。

後續觀察熱錢動向

匯市交易員說，以10月以來名目匯率來看，台幣匯率升值0.43%，較韓元兌美元匯率升值僅0.09%來得多，可能影響出口商對外報價競爭力。
元大寶華經濟綜合研究院董事長梁國源認為，原本外界多預期9月出口僅會較去年同期衰退1.7%，但統計出來衰退7%，遠超乎外界預期，若10月數字再度上演「不如預期」戲碼，就是台灣經濟必須注意的警訊。
梁國源強調，9月只是單一月份，台幣匯價是否是影響出口的因素，目前還無法判定，以基本面來看，台灣經常帳仍有相當的順差，台幣短期波動，主要來自資金面的影響，也就是與熱錢襲擊東北亞有關，未來是否繼續受熱錢襲擊而升值，還有待觀察。

學者：央行不該干預

匯銀人士也認為，央行是獨立貨幣機關，向來不因政治或企業經營情況而倉促改變貨幣政策，雖然出口商直接向馬英九「告御狀」，但對外表示「匯率是一個價格，不可能同時滿足所有人」的央行來說，應仍會繼續維持既有匯率方針，也就是盤中除非出現異常情況，否則盡量不干預市場，尾盤再依柳樹理論沒收台幣升幅，讓台幣價格維持動態穩定。
台大財金系教授沈中華說，若趨勢是升值，央行卻硬要台幣貶值，反提供給有意炒匯的外資更大的炒匯空間，「只會便宜了外資」，因此既然任何1個政策都有正反的影響，不如直接讓市場決定。

非美貨幣昨多盤整

面對台幣近期走升格局，匯銀主管說，美國兩黨協商陷入僵局，市場氣氛轉趨觀望，外資大舉匯入情況已在本周減緩。
昨日台幣兌美元匯率走區間盤整格局，尾盤央行出手沒收1角升幅，終場以29.542元作收，貶值0.6分，連2交易日收貶，力守29.5元關卡，2大外匯交易經紀公司總成交量9.77億美元。
匯市交易員指出，不只台幣在內，昨日幾乎所有非美主要貨幣都在盤整，以歐元為例，兌美元匯率交易區間介於1.35~1.36，至於央行緊盯的韓元，兌美元匯率也多在1072~1075區間波動。

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】英國航空(British Airways)2名空姐，穿著制服在浴缸中上演「濕背秀」，一名空姐先將頭髮淋濕，另一名空姐則幫她抹洗髮精，並拿蓮蓬頭往她身上沖，白色的制服頓時變得透明，內衣若隱若現，最後還乾脆直接將制服脫掉，這個空姐洗澡秀的影片，出現在YouTube上後，吸引超過10萬人點閱，成為熱議話題。
 
長達8分多鐘的影片，去年就上傳到網路上，雖然影片中的空姐穿著英國航空的制服，還繫有名牌和英航的招牌領巾，不過英航表示已經展開調查，確認影片中的空姐，是否真的是自家員工，並揪出她們的身份。

苗栗縣政府物產館今天下午在高雄義大購物中心開張，苗栗縣長劉政鴻到場，推薦鮮美的黃金大閘蟹，針對近日大埔事件、親民教養院涉虐老人事件，劉政鴻三緘其口，不作回應，他強調：「今天是來賣螃蟹的」。

苗栗縣長劉政鴻今天南下高雄行銷苗栗黃金大閘蟹，面對媒體，他避談近來大埔爭議及教養院疑似凌虐院生事件。

劉政鴻下午在高雄義大購物中心舉行試吃活動，促銷苗栗黃金大閘蟹。

劉政鴻說，苗栗大閘蟹從頭到尾都是生態養殖，連飼料也做到百分之百無毒有機，不僅鮮美好吃，並有完整生產履歷資料；每隻活蟹都有塑膠吊牌認證「掛保證」。

他又說，認證吊牌背面並附有QR Code，用智慧型手機掃描就顯示生產履歷，吊牌的材質可微波及耐高溫，並通過SGS認證。

劉政鴻並當場下廚示範大閘蟹料理，並上菜請消費者試吃。

【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】彰化縣共有186位百歲人瑞，彰化縣政府今天中午舉辦「百壽宴」，邀請人瑞與家屬一起參加，共有36位百歲人瑞到場，高齡81、78歲的老牌藝人阿西與脫線兩人到場演出脫口秀，把老人家們逗得哈哈大笑。

最高齡的106歲的楊林快，已連兩年參與百壽宴活動，除較為重聽，身體仍相當硬朗。

楊林快的孫子楊松恭說，阿嬤吃的方面並不挑食，養生祕方是「要活就要動」，家裡批發蔬菜，阿嬤每天幫忙挑韭菜、蔬菜等，飲食也沒有什麼禁忌，還鼓勵兒孫要多運動。

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】廉航易捷航空(easyJet Airline)，一架從馬爾他飛抵英國曼徹斯特的班機，落地後一名52歲的乘客疑似因酒醉行為異常，不只挑釁機長要和他單挑，還在眾目睽睽下全身脫光，他的女友當場呼他一巴掌，還是未能打醒他。
 
這起事件發生在9月26日，男子早在飛行途中就喝醉暴走，朝其他乘客罵髒話，機長還親自到客艙安撫他，落地後男子更變本加厲，還脫光衣服，之後男子穿回衣服進入機場大廳，據報導指出，這名男子還在航廈外當眾小便，最後遭警方電擊並逮捕，才終於平息這場風波。

【楊景婷、陳明中／釜山報導、攝影】國片《總舖師》入選釜山影展「Open Cinema」單元，今晚在半戶外廣場首映，吸引3千多觀眾熱情捧場。開演前劇組上台打招呼，大夥在後台先搞笑大合照，每個人表情都有戲，網友笑說：「這是太陽馬戲團嗎？」上台後，夏于喬開口秀了苦練3天的韓文，獲全場觀眾驚呼，給予熱烈掌聲，導演陳玉勳表示：「這是我第1次來釜山，希望大家會喜歡這部電影。」放映時觀眾席不時傳來笑聲，顯見美食無國界。
