在英國國家級、以及在世界設計和藝術領域中首屈一指的V&A博物館的官網首頁上方有個動態Banner(http://www.vam.ac.uk/)，畫面中以洗鍊的動態手法展現宋徽宗《搗練圖》卷（美國波士頓美術館藏）中仕女練絲的過程和優雅姿態。

此Banner出現後，優美的韻律與驚艷的視覺，得到社群網絡粉絲以及一般民眾的廣大迴響，更在中國繪畫特展（Masterpieces of Chinese Painting 700-1900；展期：2013/10/26-2014/01/19）的開幕典禮上，成功吸引與會貴賓、藝評家的目光。

這是繼今年7月在台灣展出的數位原創展覽——「圓明園-大清皇帝最美的夢」之後，台灣頑石創意公司再度以數位文創實力與深度專業的內容，成為全球首家與V&A博物館開啟數位合作的公司。

V&A博物館人員表示，表現手法富「視覺感」、「直覺性」、「引人入勝並充滿魅力，這正是頑石創意動畫作品的獨到之處。」

再將鏡頭穿越過雅緻明亮的V&A餐廳（Caf'e），博物館內另一個人潮聚集中心——賽克勒中心（Sackler Centre），頑石創意在此為中國繪畫特展所創造的數位互動體驗裝置。此互動體驗區數位內容精彩表現出展覽中的兩件經典作品：陳容《九龍圖》卷（美國波士頓美術館藏）和仇英《潯陽送別圖》卷（美國Nelson-Akins美術館藏）。在這裡，兒童不僅可以追逐龍珠嬉戲、驅動大型牆投上的九龍動畫，更可以透過趣味的著色遊戲，合力完成仇英的青綠山水作品。

如果在中國繪畫特展期間沒有機會到V&A，那麼在V&A常設展之日本展館（Toshiba Gallery），同樣有機會感受到來自台灣精彩的數位文創力。頑石創意公司為V&A日本館鎮館之寶的世界名品《莫札林蒔繪漆箱（Mazarin Chest）》所打造的3D互動裝置，已於V&A博物館揭幕。

頑石創意表示，此互動裝置以3D立體虛擬呈現漆箱各個面向和深度內容，觀者可以直接在大型觸控螢幕上，彈指間360度旋轉、探索漆箱細部，甚至是實體展品所看不到的漆箱內面，也可以透過虛擬的方式開啟並仔細賞玩！此外，當切入到「學習模式（Learn More）」後，觀者並可進一步學習到關於漆箱展品所有流傳歷史、圖像研究和古物修復等V&A博物館研究團隊歷時十年的心血結晶。

此一結合數位科技、使用者介面、以及內容研究的虛擬數位漆箱作品，將與作為世界名品之實體漆箱展品並列，永久收藏在V&A日本館，彼此虛實交互輝映，展現出實體收藏與數位展品完美結合之經典範例。

自11/4起，頑石創意公司為V&A博物館所創作的宣傳動畫片，亦將在全倫敦市 各大地鐵站展開為期兩周的密集播映；這是來自台灣的數位文創之光。

檢察官評鑑委員會昨天決議今天約詢立法院長王金平、民進黨立委柯建銘與法務部前部長曾勇夫在內等十人；評鑑委員在會後低調離去。 記者林澔一／攝影

檢察總長黃世銘被指濫權監聽、洩密移送評鑑，檢評會昨天開會決議，本月十日上午約詢黃世銘出席調查，當天也將討論是否有必要約詢總統馬英九、閣揆江宜樺說明。今天將大動作約詢王金平、柯建銘、前法務部長曾勇夫等人。

另外，檢評會調查立法院長王金平替立委柯建銘關說司法案，今天將大動作約詢，包括王、柯在內共約詢十人，被約詢人可以互相旁聽，預料高檢署檢察長陳守煌、檢察官林秀濤將當面對質。

今天約詢共分上、下午兩梯次，上午九點半約詢高檢署襄閱主任檢察官郭文東、主任檢察官蔡薰惠、檢察官陳正芬、特偵組檢察官鄭深元、特偵組檢察事務官何其非。

下午一點至四點約詢王金平、柯建銘、前法務部長曾勇夫，接著再約詢陳守煌、林秀濤；王、柯先前都聲明不會出席，但檢評會發言人彭文正說，王、柯均未正式函覆檢評會不出席，「說不定會有變數」。

彭文正指出，檢評會原計畫開放媒體旁聽以示公正，但因大部分當事人都反對，所以不能開放媒體入場。

黃世銘被指濫權監聽立法院0972小總機、違反偵查不公開洩漏偵查秘密部分，檢評會昨天決議，十一月十日上午九點半約詢黃世銘、鄭深元，當天也將討論是否約詢馬英九總統及其他證人；十一月廿四日約詢特偵組組長楊榮宗。

此外，檢改會昨天也指出，黃世銘在檢察官歷次舉辦總長票選都名列前茅，此次急切辦案引發激烈政爭使自己官司纏身，檢改會感到非常遺憾。

檢改會指出，黃世銘被起訴肇因於王金平為個案向曾勇夫關說，導致曾為求預算通過徇私，此作為涉及憲政機關以政治力影響檢察官中立行使職務，希望檢評會、監察院、立法院自律委員會儘速查明事實，作為法院審判黃洩密案的參考。

【胡治言／綜合報導】陸軍向美國購買AH-64E阿帕契攻擊直升機，首批6架預計將於今晚抵高雄港。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，陸軍航特部政戰主任范輝坤少將昨表示，陸軍向美國購買30架AH-64E阿帕契攻擊直升機，將分5批陸續在2014年底前交運完成，首批6架將在4日抵台。據指出，軍方計畫在周四施行新機小型空中操演測試，讓AH-64E亮相。

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】英國一名少女患上罕見腦癌，先後求醫24次看過13位醫生，居然無人發現少女腦內有腫瘤，最終少女錯失醫治時間枉死，終年16歲。

西蒙特斯 (Natasha Simmonds)早於2008年出現頭痛、背痛、嘔吐、四肢麻痺及視力問題，2年後病情急轉直下。少女2012年被醫生診斷患有偏頭痛，期間西蒙特斯及家人曾要求照核磁共振，但院方認為她的病情沒有嚴重到需要照核磁共振，西蒙特斯幾經波折，直至去年11月才獲安排照核磁共振，苦等2個月，才得知自己患上腦癌。腫瘤在她的大腦及脊椎扭成一團，她先後接受2個緊急手術，但最終在發現腦癌8日後、即今年1月24日病逝。

負責醫生表示對事件感到後悔。西蒙特斯的媽媽，指摘英國國民保健服務(NHS)，沒有認真處理愛女的個案。假如女兒一早獲診治，就不用飽受折磨，她又指雖然當局表示會汲取教訓，但都無法令愛女死而復生，為此感到憤怒及失望。

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】美國共和黨力主政府應大幅削減支出，總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）意圖擴大基礎建設、教育與科學等項目支出的努力受挫，導致美國公共投資規模下降至二次大戰以來新低。

據英國《金融時報》彙編數據顯示，美國公共投資佔GDP（Gross Domestic Product，國內生產毛額）比率下滑至3.6%，低於二次大戰後5%的平均水平，恐威脅美國長期經濟成長。

美國國會之前通過的臨時預算案將在明年1月15日到期，為避免財政僵局重現，共和與民主兩黨目前已開始就2014年剩餘部分的稅收與支出計劃進行新的預算談判。

儘管民主黨有意減輕全面削減開支對公共投資造成的壓力，但分析師預估，雙方頂多只能達成折衷協議。專家警告，只要預算方案仍延續「自動削減開支」的模式，公共投資勢必進一步下滑，衝擊美國未來的基礎生產力。

全美收視第一影集「陰屍路」，戲紅卻沒把主角也一起捧紅，連「好萊塢報導」都試圖分析原因何在？近來不少影集演員先後跳上大銀幕演主角，「陰屍路」的安德魯林肯、諾曼李杜斯行情卻不若收視低很多的「廣告狂人」強漢姆或「絕命毒師」布萊恩克蘭斯頓。

「好萊塢報導」推測也許演員本身的公關團隊不擅經營藝人，沒把握時機多爭取好的演出機會。

【陳如嬌／台北報導】立法委員魏明谷今在立法院交通委員會中指出，法輪功要參加明年在南投縣舉辦的台灣燈會花燈展出遭拒，傳出是觀光局下令南投縣政府封殺。交通部長葉匡時表示，他不瞭解此事，會在一周內調查清楚再提出說明。
 
觀光局則喊冤說是誤會。觀光局副局長張錫聰指出，台灣燈會的宗教燈區是由主辦縣市政府統籌處理，觀光局從未干預，過去幾年法輪功都有參加燈會宗教燈區的花燈展出。據觀光局了解，明年燈會宗教燈區展出場地縮小，法輪功因需要500坪的用地，容納不下，才被排除在外。違次無法參展的宗教團體也不是只有法輪功，連南投縣竹山鎮的地方宮廟紫南宮也無法參展。《蘋果》截稿前未能取得法輪功說法。

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市警局中山派出所所長巫奉豳，昨天深夜執行臨檢時，發現1家檳榔攤內2名西施年紀很輕，懷疑可能未滿16歲，立即上前盤查。

王姓西施面對警方詢問坦承僅15歲，但應徵時向老閭謊稱已滿16歲，每天下午3時至深夜11時工作。檳榔攤負責人49歲咼姓男子無奈的表示，根本不知道少女還未成年。檳榔攤1日才開始營業，不到3天就遭警查獲違規，怎會這麼倒楣！警方調查後依勞動基準法將咼男移請市政府裁處。

食安風暴持續延燒，民進黨立委趙天麟將提案修改「食品衛生管理法」，除了設置食品安全保護基金，也擬提高罰則，最重開罰新台幣五千萬元、五年刑期；趙有信心本會期可通過修法。

趙天麟說，今年五月食管法修正時，立法院曾要求成立食品受害基金和食品安全保護基金，但政府迄今未有作為。趙天麟表示，擬在食管法中設置食安基金，由政府管理。
