餐廳名稱：黑松海鮮 消費時間：2013年/10月 地址：屏東縣恆春鎮山海路6號 電話：08-886-9903 圖文詳情版：http://nier1008.pixnet.net/blog/post/41743449 在進行兩天一夜墾丁之旅的第一站，我們到了山海漁港的黑松海鮮吃午餐，以前有路過 這個漁港幾次但沒注意這裡也有海產餐廳，而且客人還真是不少，晚來的還要等別桌的 人客吃完才會有位置坐。 可以進去點餐區看看當天有什麼生猛海鮮~~ 當天的太陽熱的要命，所以一開始在門口沒看到客人以為人潮還好，沒想到裡面已經坐 了滿滿的客人在吃著海鮮了~ 清燙鮮蝦 蝦子還蠻大隻的，所以吃起來很有口感，而且蝦殼也很好剝想必是很新鮮，嫌口感單調 的也可以去調一下辣椒醬油來提味~ 生魚片 口感好軟，吃起來還可以~但平常比較常吃鮭魚或是鮪魚，所以對它有一點小陌生~ 炒飯 飯炒的很香也很好吃，也不會很硬，但它的小缺點是有點太油了~吃完飯的碗緣，都是 油滋滋的光滑面~ 胡椒鳳螺 這個胡椒太來勁了，我第一次吃胡椒風螺吃到一直打噴嚏，吃一隻打一次，胡椒也真是 夠嗆了~不過鳳螺還是要清燙再沾薑醋醬最棒~ 花枝丸 花枝丸有餐廳好吃的水準，但是因為吃過小港「長億海鮮」的花枝丸後，長億真的才是 王道!! 超級酥脆又好吃，還沒有吃到可勝過長億的花枝丸~ (謎之音：聽說它們炸的時候有加醋?! I don't know~I just know it's so delicious~) 龍蝦味噌湯 我想應該沒有人會說龍蝦不好吃吧!而且滿滿的蔥花幫味噌湯提味真的也很棒，龍蝦的 細腳我也有辦法可以把它吃的很乾淨~這樣才不會對不起龍蝦本人 三杯小捲 我懷疑它裡面的配菜─洋蔥，跟小捲份量應該是1:1的比例吧，而且洋蔥都超大塊的， 對愛吃洋蔥的人而言真是超級好下飯的，不過因為也快吃到尾聲了~所以也沒飯配~ 炒空心菜 總是不能都是海鮮嘛~~來點青菜呦~~ 整體吃下來的感覺還不錯，難怪會是人潮絡繹不絕的在地海鮮名店，當我們吃完飯離桌 時，外面也已經有一群人等著要進來用餐了。而且黑松的門口就是面對著山海漁港，在 這個很寧靜的小漁村中可以放鬆心情的看看海、聽聽浪的拍打聲，順便減少平常忙碌的 腳步聲，在這麼烈陽的天空下，就想要跟這裡的小狗、小貓一樣~吃飽就該打起盹來了~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.173.46

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】這個故事，會不會讓人有似曾相識的感覺？

英國68歲失婚婦人佛頓(Kathleen Fortun)，去年在一個交友網站上認識一名自稱是美軍上校的男子阿爾曼(Colonel Allman)，兩人一開始在網路上的互動十分熱烈，阿爾曼主動追求，並寄送了一張身穿正式軍服的照片給她，照片中的男子英氣勃發、相貌堂堂，很快的，佛頓愛上了這位素未謀面的美軍上校。

接著，依照慣例，美軍上校的銀行帳戶因為一些工作上的事被凍結，尋求佛頓這個閨中密友協助，佛頓不但動用所有存款，還騙自己的會計師兒子與醫生兒子轉錢給她，謊稱是要為自己親人還債，總共匯出了3萬英鎊(約台幣140萬元)，阿爾曼當然萬分感激，隨後告訴佛頓，自己已經替她買好飛往美國的機票，要她到美國與他見面、共赴未來等，直到佛頓到了倫敦希斯路機場，航空公司告訴她沒有任何購票紀錄，她怒極報警才知道，自己不是第一個，已經有好多類似背景的人，被類似的故事給騙了。

阿爾曼給她的那張照片，其實確有其人，是美軍少將克拉克(Wesley Clark)的照片，當然，他和整件事一點關係都沒有。

【大陸中心／綜合報導】2013年兩岸企業家峰會今天開幕，我國前副總統蕭萬長、「三三會」會長江丙坤、中國全國政協主席俞正聲等300多人出席。中央社報導，蕭萬長致詞時說，企業家峰會獲得中共總書記習近平的肯定，相信峰會可建立高層次的民間經濟戰略合作機制，深化兩岸產業交流。

但蕭萬長不諱言，兩岸進一步合作面臨5點挑戰，包括︰雙方政策與經濟戰略協調不足、雙方有法規與體制差異、雙方產業轉變成「競爭大於互補」、兩岸經濟規模巨大差距，以及如何克服台灣簽訂雙邊經濟協議的難題，增進兩岸的互信。

中新社報導，本屆峰會在南京紫金山莊開幕，出席的中國全國政協主席俞正聲表示，「兩岸中國人」應把握時代趨勢，加速推動經濟合作，開啟中華民族的經濟榮景。他盼望兩岸企業家能真誠合作，扮演兩岸經濟合作的主力軍，促進兩岸和平發展。

據外媒報導，超級跑車製造商藍寶堅尼今(2013)年創業50周年，德國一名機械工程師特意製造一輛藍寶堅尼Aventador LP 700-4模型車，表面鍍金，並以碳纖維及一級方程式(F1)跑車物料製成，堪稱全球最貴模型車。

據人民網報導，車廠將根據模型炮製一模一樣的真車，而且更豪華，前座將鑲有700粒寶石，部分車身等用金和白金製成，車輪是合金的，車頭燈鑲有優質鑽石。

該汽車模型像真度極高，將首先在中東的杜拜陳列室展出，稍後到上海、新加坡和俄羅斯巡迴展覽。據悉，該豪華的汽車模型可能將於明年以25萬英鎊進行拍賣，但其最終拍賣價格可能更高。

每年稻作收成時節，農民常將收割後之稻草就地引火燃燒，而導致空氣品質下降，高雄市政府環境保護局於102年4月至9月期間對轄區內進行露天燃燒巡查作業，巡獲276件次露天燃燒案件。

其中查獲最多之露天燃燒案件區域則以美濃、林園、大寮、小港及橋頭為主，巡查總燃燒量高達183公噸，估計排放總懸浮微粒、硫氧化物、氮氧化物、一氧化碳之污染物質，分別為1.5公噸、15公斤、446公斤及11.5公噸。

因此，高雄市政府環境保護局期望能讓農民改變露天燃燒習慣，故於每年稻作收割期間辦理「禁止露天燃燒宣導說明會」，及「稻草就地翻耕示範說明會」，宣導民眾農廢稻草可以用堆肥、稻草掩埋處理方式，或將稻草製作成應用之文化推廣促進農村觀光方式。

高雄市政府環境保護局呼籲，民眾露天燃燒行為可能觸犯空氣污染防制法、消防法、社會秩序維護法，或道路交通管理處罰條例等，民眾切勿以身試法。除了遭遇罰款與刑責外，位於現場直接進行農廢焚燒的行為人，更會因焚燒所產生之高濃度煙霧，損害呼吸系統及刺激眼睛等，民眾應謹慎防範，以免害人害己。

【吳國仲／台北報導】BMW台北汎德濱江服務廠，今天凌晨3時許，5樓空壓機房突然冒出陣陣濃煙，保全人員見狀趕緊通知一一九；消防局獲報，立即派出人車前往救援，除從內部灌救外，也出動雲梯車從空中射水搶救，所幸火勢在短時間被撲滅，未造成人員傷亡。

警消表示，燃燒面積約2坪，疑似為電器短路釀禍，確切起火原因仍待火調人員調查釐清。

【賴又嘉／台北報導】男子高晟祥去年8月搭公車利用乘客擁擠機會，以下體磨蹭1名女學生並噴精，被逮後以身為家中經濟支柱為由求情，獲輕判9月徒刑、緩刑4年，卻不知悔改，今年3月23日晚間搭北捷板南線再趁下班時車廂擁擠機會，緊貼一名女性並將褲子拉鍊打開公然露鳥。

不僅如此，高男還大膽地以下體觸碰該名女子左手磨蹭，女子原以為因擁擠碰到其他乘客手部，低頭一看，竟發現是高男的生殖器，嚇得花容失色，趕緊通知捷運站人員協助報警，將高男移送法辦。北檢今依妨害風化、性騷擾等罪再將高男起訴。
