| 「只喝3杯高梁」 遊覽車司機酒駕肇事

醉不上路！1部由董姓男子駕駛的遊覽車（37歲），在高雄市區追撞到2部轎車，所幸僅是小碰撞，無人傷亡。不過董男酒測值為0.40mg/l，已超標，董男以為只是開單，擔心乘客久等，還催促警方辦快一點，當得知得送法辦，才知道「待誌大條了」，旅行社也趕緊調派其他司機接手，將乘客載離。
這起車禍發生在前晚6時，董男開車行經七賢一路段，魏姓女子（29歲）的轎車未打方向燈，突從路旁駛入車道，董閃躲不及直接追撞，魏女的車子又追撞前方丁姓女子（29歲）的轎車。
董供稱，事發前一晚，他獨自在嘉義飯店喝了3杯高梁酒，沒想到幾乎過了一天，酒測值還高達0.40mg/l，由於遊覽車司機為職業駕駛，依規定只要0.15mg/l即超標，董已超標近3倍，警方訊後依公共危險罪嫌送辦。（湯寶隆／高雄報導）

| 中國首富馬雲 明年成為香港永久居民

根據中國《21世紀經濟報導》的消息，中國首富、《阿里巴巴》、《淘寶》創辦人馬雲，已經透過投資移民的手續入籍香港，預計最快在2015年底，就會正式成為香港永久居民。
馬雲之前曾經透露，自己已在香港置產，並希望晚年能夠在香港度過。根據《彭博》今年8月的調查，馬雲的淨資產達到218億美元(約台幣6540億元)，是中國首富。
不過，《阿里巴巴》公關今天(16日)下午澄清，指《21世紀經濟報導》的說法並不正確，馬雲其實是2008年申請「優才計劃」赴港，預計明年可以拿到身份證。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）

| 資本額百億上市公司 強制編CSR報告書

金管會表示，經營民生相關業務、直接面對消費者、或具一定規模以上之企業，其營運活動對環境及社會大眾影響層面較大，應善盡其企業社會責任，又近期食品安全問題影響國人健康，並嚴重衝擊社會大眾信心及國際觀感。
因此，金管會除強化上市（櫃）公司內控責任外，要求上市（櫃）食品業、金融業、化學工業及實收資本額為新臺幣 (下同)100 億元以上的公司，應編製企業社會責任報告書（下稱CSR報告書），以提升直接面對民眾（B to C）公司之社會責任及重振消費者與供應鏈廠商對此類上市 (櫃)公司之信心。
金管會表示，CSR報告書的編製，應採用國際通用指引。這類指引提供環境、社會及公司治理等各面向指標，並具體揭露所處產業的重要關注議題，目的在導引企業全面檢視其業務及經營所面臨之風險及挑戰，並據以制定營運政策及因應措施。
另外，企業編製過程中，將可瞭解國際及同業關注的議題、自身的優劣勢與亟待改善之事項。企業進行上開檢視後，即可編製CSR報告書作為對內對外之溝通工具，完整呈現企業所處環境及其作為與未來努力方向，以利其利害關係人（如股東、員工、社區、供應商或客戶及消費大眾）的了解。

| 台北犁記染餿退貨餅 今送焚化廠銷毀

台北犁記染餿，從9月7日開始退貨後，今將民眾退貨的餅以廢棄物送進垃圾車，將載到木柵焚化廠銷毀，共計銷毀11萬9千多顆及542公斤的餅。台北犁記老板娘張婉玲哽咽的說，每一顆餅都是師傅用心做出來的，只因芝麻肉餅染餿，全部要銷毀，看了難過。
律師楊宗儒說，台北犁記這次共計損失近4千萬元，9月24日起會重新營業，單賣太陽餅，該餅象徵旭日東昇，對未來具有希望的涵意，價格仍一個30元，不會漲價；該太陽餅將會有新的包裝。其餘產品會視狀況、民眾接受度再陸續上市。(戴安瑋/台北報導）

中央氣象局指出，鳳凰颱風目前速度及強度有增強趨勢，今天上午8:30分發布海上警報，最快今晚將發布陸上警報
氣象局預報課長陳怡良說，鳳凰颱風朝台灣附近移動，8時30分已發布海警，今天傍晚以後到午夜之際將接觸南部陸地，估最快今晚發陸警。
鳳凰颱風目前中心位置在鵝鑾鼻的南南東方約 560 公里之海面上，以每小時20轉15公里速度，向西北西轉北北西進行，其暴風圈對巴士海峽將構成威脅，恆春半島、台灣東半部及西南部沿海地區有較強陣風，且有長浪發生，前往海邊活動請注意安全。
氣象局預報中心主任鄭明典指出，老預報員流傳一個說法，長時間的乾熱，接下來的鋒面或颱風都要特別注意，常會有比預期大一些的雨勢，最近確乾熱了一段時間，加上鋒面和颱風一起報到，得小心因應鳳凰颱風。
今天各地大多仍是多雲到晴的天氣，傍晚有鋒面接近，北部地區將有局部短暫陣雨，東半部地區及恆春半島因鳳凰颱風外圍雲系影響，也會有局部短暫陣雨。
新竹氣象站昨天最高溫達38.2℃，是該站今年的最高溫度，也平了設站以來9月份的最高溫紀錄。今天午前後各地高溫約在33℃到℃之間，北部地區仍有機會出現36℃以上的高溫。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）

「花蝴蝶」瑪麗亞凱莉的老公——《美國選秀賽》（America's Got Talent）主持人尼克肯能（Nick Cannon）周二錄影，腳上穿了全世界最貴、價值200萬美元（約6000萬元台幣）的Tom Ford鑽石白金皮鞋登台，bling-bling的造型讓眾人目不暇給。《女裝日刊》（Women's Wear Daily）指出，這雙皮鞋在白金上鑲了超過1萬4千顆鑽石，總重量340克拉。
尼克肯能在Instagram上po照片，留言：「200萬美元的皮鞋，一隻價值100萬美元。」這雙皮鞋由珠寶設計師Jason Arasheben打造，他說：「我不常接到這種要求訂製全世界最貴皮鞋的訂單，尼克去年找上我時，他說他想留名青史，弄誇張一點的，為鑽石訂下新標準。我們花了2000小時製作，將近1年的時間才完成這雙讓人目眩神迷的皮鞋。」尼克肯能挨批炫富，他後來在推特留言：「全世界最貴的訂製皮鞋，或許我應該把它們捐給慈善機構，有任何建議嗎？」
33歲的尼克肯能6年前結識大12歲的花蝴蝶，不到2個月閃婚，兩人育有4歲的龍鳳胎摩洛哥和夢露，上月驚傳婚變，已分居數月，正在協議離婚。花蝴蝶把婚姻問題擺一邊，最近專心排練巡演，她下月26日將二度來台，在台北南港展覽館開唱，門票熱賣上萬張。（林慧娟／綜合報導）

| 新婚男車禍瀕死 醫院輸血2萬CC救命

桃園縣1名27歲李姓男子新婚3個月，8月底騎車嚴重車禍，送醫呈現昏迷、血壓一直降下，情況危急，家屬接到病危通知，經衛福部桃園醫院團隊狂輸血2萬CC，將他從鬼門關前救回，今天上午醫院為他辦慶生，慶祝重生，家屬熱淚盈眶，連醫護人員也感動，頻頻拭淚。
李姓男子在客運公司擔任調度工作，騎車訪友途中車禍，緊急送醫呈現昏迷，血壓下降，經檢查腹部嚴重出血，緊急插管，診斷出脾臟及左側腎臟破裂，緊急止血送入 加護病房，血壓不見改善，護理團隊2個小時內，用雙手，一袋一袋把2萬CC的血，擠入李男體內，2個小時後甦醒，醫療團隊振奮、歡呼。護理人員回憶，當時 擠鮮血，擠得手都快抽筋，看到將病人救活，再多的苦也值得。
經醫院4次開刀，將李男從瀕死邊緣救起，醫院認為李男有牽掛，且年輕，加上醫療團隊努力，把他救回，李男的媽媽今天出席慶生會，數度哽咽，她說，車禍發生時，以為即將失去兒子，心如刀割，幸好及時救回，讓她們能夠有一個完整的家。（石明啟／桃園報導）

金鶯今封王，去年被金鶯交易到小熊的投手艾瑞亞塔(Jake Arrieta)則差點投出無安打比賽，他面對挑戰19勝庫艾托(Johnny Cueto)的紅人，以13K、1安打完封的內容，率小熊9比0贏球，艾瑞亞塔拿到本季第10勝，這也是他生涯首場完投和完封的比賽。
艾瑞亞塔一直到8局1出局後，才被紅人二壘人菲爾普斯(Brandon Phillips)擊出二壘打，而錯失無安打比賽。
