【徐珮君／台北報導】行政院政務委員楊秋興申請加入國民黨，副總統吳敦義下午參加「全國戶政日」活動後表示，楊是內閣閣員，也支持國民的政策，加入國民黨是理所當然的事情。至於楊是否參選高雄市長？吳強調，入黨不是參選的先決條件或必要條件。
對於高雄市長陳菊掌握執政資源，對楊秋興參選不利。吳敦義說，楊會不會競選，國民黨要提誰參選，有一定程序與公平法則，不管未來誰參選，都會面臨現任、有一定基礎的對手，雙方從事公平的君子之爭。

【陳冠宇／新北報導】凌晨1時許新北市板橋發生一起車禍意外，1名女子從中央分隔島穿越馬路時，突然遭來車撞擊彈飛，救護人員抵達後發現遭撞女子已無呼吸心跳，趕緊送往醫院，經搶救後已恢復生命跡象，目前仍在觀察中。

各位板友好 最近看到有人要續約遠傳門號(可綁新機) 而我想利用這次機會 跟那個人購買手機(NEW ONE) (但是我是中華門號) 但我突然想到 像亞太電信，他們用的通訊技術好像跟中華電信不同 所以亞太的手機跟中華的SIM卡應該是不能互用，對嗎? 那請問遠傳的手機，跟中華的SIM卡也有這樣的問題存在嗎? 另外請問 遠傳的NEW ONE基本上裡面有屬於他們自己的APP囉? 所以插了中華的SIM卡，頂多不能使用那些APP 應該不會有其他問題出現? 我在四月初時在某個網站購買了一個電子產品， 過了不到半個月，他就莫名(非人為)的故障， 後來廠商有來回收，過了四、五天就送回來了， 本來很滿意他們的效率很高、但才用不到幾分鐘就出現了相同的故障情形， (維修單上面只寫重置韌體，讓我很懷疑他們是否重置完有測試一下) 所以只好要又回去給他們了， 大概在五月中旬，接到了他們的電話， 說是本產品在台灣已經沒有貨了、要等六月中國外進貨… 當時心裡有點不開心、但還是接受了， 但是現在已經七月初了，已經等的有點不耐煩了， 我甚至已經搬家了，沒有人可以幫我收貨了， 所以想請問這種情況是否可以直接要求退款呢？ (已在本版及法律版搜尋過「送修」，沒有想要的結果) (google過「送修 退款」但是送修多次才可以退款、可是我是兩次而已) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.255.145.146

信仰虔誠不是問題 問題是你能不能包容並接受 以我家庭為例 爸媽結婚五年後 爸爸跟奶奶信仰一貫道開始吃長齋 我媽每餐煮素食給他們吃 另外再煮葷食給小孩還有工廠師傅吃 雖然很麻煩 但是我媽身為一家之煮 還是這樣做了十年 十年後我媽也吃長齋了 家裡就只有素食 爸媽也不干涉大哥家的葷素問題 我大姊從國中時期開始吃長齋(立誓不能違背的那種) 大學遇見我姊夫並結婚生兩子 我姊不煮葷食、素食自己煮 兩個小孩因為常跟媽媽跑慈濟 從小也立志吃素 到現在要考大學了 一家人和樂融融沒有飲食上的糾紛問題 交往一個月要下定論還很難說 如果願意 就給彼此多一點時間了解 不然 早點放生吧!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 119.136.79.54

原文吃光，有一些問題想請教版上的朋友， 1.如果只是當一般朋友的感覺，是否只會一起吃飯，對於出遊的邀約都會拒絕? 當然出遊的邀約是一對一的，總感覺對方只會一同吃飯而不希望出遊， 這代表是不是對方希望僅限於普通朋友的階段? 2.是否Line聊天的狀況可以發現對方是否對你有心意? 雖然見面時可以隨時都有話題，但是在Line上的對話很短且簡潔，這樣是否 必須停止下去?連自己起頭都不要? 3.前文有提到，上星期已經和對方吃過飯，但是下星期是她的生日，是否還必須 在約她出來?前面板友有提到，送玫瑰花會不會太超過呢? | 林務局高官酒駕撞死人案檢方起訴要求從重量刑

【汪智博、劉人瑋／台東報導】
台東地檢署偵辦前林務局官員王專吉酒駕撞死吳昕穎、吳彧嫺案，趕在兩兄妹今天上午出殯日宣告偵查終結並提起公訴！檢察官認為，被告王專吉明知酒後不得駕車下，仍於6月15日凌晨飲酒後駕車，遭警發覺示意停車受檢時又置之不理加速逃逸，於台東市開封橋南端撞上吳家兄妹後再肇事逃逸，致兩兄妹傷重死亡，被告經警方查獲後測試酒精濃度為0.45毫克，酒駕致死罪證明確。
檢察官審酌被告迄未與被害人家屬達成和解並賠償損害，犯後猶飾詞狡辯，毫無悔意，檢察官請求法院從重量刑，以示懲儆。至於警方為追緝王專吉，進而遭死者家屬質疑連續路過車禍現場兩次，卻未對倒地的吳家兄妹施以援手部分，台東地檢署已由檢察官立案偵辦中。
「這本來就是他（指王專吉）該負的法律責任！」兩兄妹父親吳旺洲表示，家屬將一切都寄望在檢方身上，「只是事發迄今，過程對家屬來說，實在是受害太深了。」吳旺洲感謝檢察官確實有幫忙到家屬，然對於王專吉仍矢口否認肇事逃逸部分，仍大罵「他根本違反人性，這是最可惡的事情。」

| 銀樓遭竊450萬金飾 警逮賊全找回

【林師民／新竹報導】新竹縣竹北市博愛街金其華銀樓，前天凌晨遭歹徒侵入，偷走近百條共101兩重的金項鍊，警方昨逮回竊嫌謝姓男子(32歲)，今早宣佈破案。
警方調查，謝嫌發現該銀樓設備較老舊，前天凌晨從未上鎖的二樓氣窗爬入，搜括放在櫃台未收進金庫的近百條金項鍊後逃跑，離開時從二樓氣窗外摔下，摔斷右腳踝。警方發現，謝嫌因找不到自己手機，行竊時竟用店家室內電話撥打自己手機，讓自己身分曝光，警方再比對監視器，昨確定謝嫌犯案，到家中逮人，他因受傷無法銷贓，所有金項鍊都找回。

【綜合報導】全球知名的《太陽劇團》(Cirque de Soleil)上周六在美國「賭城」拉斯維加斯米高梅大飯店(MGM)演出經典劇碼《Ka》時，一位31歲的女舞者在表演中自至少50呎高(約15公尺)空中墜下，當著全場觀眾面前摔死。這是《太陽劇團》30年來首度有表演者在表演途中發生意外死亡。
原本《太陽劇團》宣佈，將暫停《Ka》劇表演，但稍早又發表正式聲明表示，《Ka》劇將無限期停演。死亡的女舞者是古亞及佑(Sarah Guyard-Guillot)，她是《Ka》劇2006年開始公演的首批舞者，對這齣劇非常熟悉，表演資歷達22年，育有2子。

【綜合報導】行政院前院長謝長廷今到廣東深圳拜會台商，被問及昨晚與國台辦主任張志軍的會面談了些什麼？謝長廷表示，張志軍講他的主張，政策上不是只有國民黨可以交流，是全部政黨、團體都歡迎一起交流，但張志軍也有提到希望維護一中框架的立場，他當場就表達出交流對象就是要有不同意見、不同的性質，甚至是對立的團體才應該交流。
謝長廷表示，他與張志軍談了兩個多鐘頭，而民進黨公開來台資企業應該是第一次，所以也需要國台辦協助地點、交通等，而這次在香港舉辦論壇，社科院及國台辦都有協助，他也藉此機會表達感謝之意，也表達在研討會中談到的差異與共識。謝長廷說，因為不一樣的思想交流才能去化解誤會、增加理解、降低敵意，這方面雙方有互相交換意見。
另外謝長廷也向張志軍反映有關於服務貿易協定台灣社會目前呈現的反彈，現在立法院正準備逐條討論，而這不是民進黨一黨就能決定的。張志軍則表達出大陸方面是善意且互利，當中有很多問題就出在認知與理解的差異，所以我們應該要去解決。

| 林務局高官酒駕撞死人案檢方起訴要求從重量刑

台東地檢署偵辦前林務局官員王專吉酒駕撞死吳昕穎、吳彧嫺案，趕在兩兄妹今天上午出殯日宣告偵查終結並提起公訴！檢察官認為，被告王專吉明知酒後不得駕車下，仍於6月15日凌晨飲酒後駕車，遭警發覺示意停車受檢時又置之不理加速逃逸，於台東市開封橋南端撞上吳家兄妹後再肇事逃逸，致兩兄妹傷重死亡，被告經警方查獲後測試酒精濃度為0.45毫克，酒駕致死罪證明確。
檢察官審酌被告迄未與被害人家屬達成和解並賠償損害，犯後猶飾詞狡辯，毫無悔意，檢察官請求法院從重量刑，以示懲儆。至於警方為追緝王專吉，進而遭死者家屬質疑連續路過車禍現場兩次，卻未對倒地的吳家兄妹施以援手部分，台東地檢署已由檢察官立案偵辦中。
「這本來就是他（指王專吉）該負的法律責任！」兩兄妹父親吳旺洲表示，家屬將一切都寄望在檢方身上，「只是事發迄今，過程對家屬來說，實在是受害太深了。」吳旺洲感謝檢察官確實有幫忙到家屬，然對於王專吉仍矢口否認肇事逃逸部分，仍大罵「他根本違反人性，這是最可惡的事情。」

| 《變形金剛：宇宙》今年秋季開始測試 博派狂派兩方再次聚首地球

由孩之寶與 Jagex Games Studios 合作開發的射擊網頁遊戲新作《變形金剛：宇宙》（暫譯，原名 TRANSFORMERS UNIVERSE），日前宣佈將在今年秋季開始測試。
本作的背景設定是以緊接著《變形金剛：賽博坦大戰》、《變形金剛：賽博坦殞落》的後繼故事，也就是動畫版的《變形金剛：領袖之證》為基礎世界觀，玩家將可以創造自己的博派或狂派機器人，並且自由設定外型與能力，以及研發出個人戰鬥風格，而故事劇情裡的知名角色，將會以 NPC 的方式登場，陪伴玩家一同冒險。
2012 年封測到現在終於要正式公測啦
另外遊戲採用 RuneScape 引擎開發，並採用第三人稱視角來進行遊戲，《變形金剛：宇宙》也提供了 PVP 以及 PVE 的遊玩方式，而孩之寶也授權多達 1 萬多名角色的改編使用權，讓粉絲們可以玩到最豐富的遊戲內容。
