【綜合報導】英國男子斯梅斯特（Darrell Simester）2000年誤信一群愛爾蘭遊客之言，跟隨他們到威爾斯一個農場打工，沒想到一去就是13年，而且每天工作12小時，年終無休沒有薪水，連生病也不准去看醫生。

斯梅斯特多年來住在老鼠亂竄的農舍，在馬槽洗澡，但他害怕雇主報復，從來不敢逃走。

在打工的前八年，他還每半年打電話回家報平安，說自己在愛爾蘭，但之後就音訊全無。父母擔心報警，在臉書上發布尋兒消息，都沒有任何回應，直到今年2月，他們接到消息，認出斯梅斯特在威爾斯一個農場工作，才找回身體虛弱的兒子。

現年43歲的斯梅斯特被奴役多年，他說多年來與世隔絕，猶如囚犯，慘無人道。

【綜合報導】真是變態劫匪！中國浙江金華市出現一名專門劫色劫財的31歲變態光頭劫匪，強劫方法竟然是先強吻及咬女性臉部，嚇倒對方後，再從被害人身上搶走現金財物。

 金華市警方指出，這名光頭劫匪最近就在市區一家男裝服裝店內，假裝購物，突然走到收銀櫃台打開抽屜。店內的女店員上前阻止，劫匪竟然就伸手掐住她的頸部，一手將她抱住，嘴巴就凑到女店員前，還對女店員咬了一口，整個襲擊過程約10秒。

 女店員被嚇得不懂如何反抗，在劫匪的威脅下，只好打開抽屜，任由他取走現金離去。調查發現，這名劫匪還涉及另外至少3宗類似劫案，作案方式都是將女性熊抱後強行親吻，每次都將受害人下巴或嘴巴咬傷。受害人被咬後，都幾乎放棄保護個人財物，任由他搶走。警方日前已將這名光頭劫匪拘捕。

【李定宇╱新北報導】貢寮海洋音樂祭將在下周三登場，五天活動預計吸引百萬人次，但議員發現，市府竟只花錢請來五名救生員，以每日到場二十萬人次估算，每名救生員要負責四萬遊客，議員痛批：「根本是拿人命開玩笑！」市府解釋，屆時警消、救難團體將支援兩百人。不過專家質疑，即使如此，每個救生員要負責一千名遊客，「還是嚴重不足啊！」

今年的貢寮海洋音樂祭首日就安排五月天登場，最後一天由蘇打綠壓軸，由於去年就吸引八十七萬人次造訪，今年安排兩大天團演唱，新北市觀光局估計遊客數將突破百萬，盛況空前。

保全比救生員多

海祭五天活動總經費為三千六百五十萬元，其中近三百萬元花費在現場維安防護。
但議員何淑峯發現，三百萬元請保全，五天共計一千人次，但救生員僅有五名，若每天有二十萬名遊客，等於一名救生員要負責四萬人，救生員嚴重不足。她質疑：「只請五名怎麼會夠？」

「至少300人才夠」

新北市觀光局長陳國君解釋，參加貢寮海祭的民眾多是來聽歌而非游泳，且泳區也有明確規範，消防局將派人支援，依以往經驗救生人數充足。消防局災害搶救科長陳國忠說，消防局每天派遣警消及救難團體約一百五十至兩百名人力，其中近九成有救生員執照。
不過，中華民國紅十字會新北市支會會長張孟毓表示，日月潭萬人泳渡配置五百名救生員，每人負責四十名泳客，大豹溪假日約八萬遊客，救生員超過三百五十名，每人負責兩百多名遊客，貢寮海祭在警消支援後救生員最多兩百名，每人負責一千名遊客，「比例還是太低！」他認為救生員至少要三百人以上才夠。
