| 公務員高考三級錄取率4.83% 普考2.24%

【徐珮君／台北報導】公務人員高考三級考試進入第2天，考選部表示，昨天應考人數為6萬5632人，到考人數4萬6968人，到考率為71.56%，原本預估錄取率為3.46%，提高到4.83%；至於6日結束的普考粗估錄取率僅2.24%。
對於高普考錄取率偏低，關中認為，從常識來看，高普考錄取率偏低，多少與經濟不景氣有點關係，但因公務員生活安定有保障，考公務員在全世界都是年輕人優先選項，他鼓勵民眾多報考公職，讓國家有更多選擇。此外，關也說，高階文官的素質大不如前，必須加強在職訓練。

| 疑趕上班超速 男騎士撞車又彈飛

【李銘宏／新北報導】今天清晨4時許，新莊區中正路發生一起追撞車禍，一名蔡姓機車騎士追撞前方機車，蔡男隨即彈飛後倒地不起，民眾見狀趕緊撥打電話報案。救護人員趕抵現場，趕緊實施CPR並送醫治療，目前正在急救中。
警方表示，擔任公車司機的蔡男當時準備騎車上班，疑似蔡男車速過快才會導致車禍發生，也將調閱路口監視器了解車禍發生原因。

| 統一瑞穗冰淇淋不融化，看了實驗你還敢吃嗎？

 最近食物很不安份，毒食品的事件不斷。近日在網路上最紅的食物莫過於統一旗下的瑞穗冰淇淋。不少有實驗精神的網友都買了統一冰淇淋來進行融化實驗，但經過了數小時都無法融解。最熱門的實驗則是統一長明燈的實況轉播，讓統一冰淇淋在網路上經過了兩天的實況，終於融化（？）
只融你口、不融你手
冰淇淋不會融化的實驗讓不少人都覺得驚奇，打破了過去冰很快就會融化的印象。但在這化學添加物濫用的時代，加上最近的食物毒新聞實在太多，大部分大對於冰淇淋不融化其實沒有很驚嚇，反而覺得好玩的居多。
當不少人開始買統一冰淇淋回來做實驗之後，就有更多人發揮更多的創意。這波的買冰看融化實驗到了 Even Wu 直播達到了最高潮，最多有同時 8000 多人上線觀看冰寶寶的實況轉播，這個實驗也被命名為統一長明燈，一共吸引了 37 萬多人次的點閱。

統一官方當然也在這次事件有回應，表示冰的融化速度有三個因素，分別是溫度、乳化劑跟粘稠劑，雖然在盒外已經有標示乳化劑跟粘稠劑，但添加的是哪種劑則沒寫清楚，到目前也都不知道是什麼，要讓冰淇淋這麼久不融化，應該是加了很厲害的粘稠劑吧。
這次事件也有不少網友發表了犀利的評論，像是：「justce：南北極冰山融化的問題就交給統一了...」、「Andyliu0225：全台灣都是我的化工廠 全台灣人都是我的實驗品」，也有實驗者把冰淇淋取名為妖孽冰寶寶，也有不少人在實況轉播時為冰寶寶在滿一天時幫它過生日。但最好看的還是這篇文章：「為統一企業說句公道話」
也許這次實驗看起來是好玩有趣的，但回到現實面來說，當你看到這種影片的實驗之後，還能吃的下這冰淇淋嗎？能吃的下的話，也許是你精神層面比較堅強一點。順便提供一下消息，現在小七也有買一送一的活動，不害怕的也可以去撿便宜，統一冰淇淋想必是沒有毒的，不然不會還在架上，只是不知道撿完便宜吃太多是否會賠上什麼器官，最好還是適量進食。
在這滿毒食物的台灣，吃東西前還是要停看聽，不過即使是小心，說不定時常在吃的又是另一個毒食品，真是讓人不淡定。
