【綜合報導】萬眾矚目的英國王室第3順位繼承人終於誕生了！在經過10小時的等待後，凱特終於在台灣時間21日晚間11點24分順利生產，腹中胎兒的性別也終於揭曉，凱特順利產下一名男寶寶，體重為8磅6盎司（約3800克），母子均安，新生兒的正式頭銜為「劍橋王子」（His Royal the Highness Prince of Cambridge）。

　仲丘孩子的枉死， 震驚了全國，甚至全世界。令人髮指的軍中凌虐謀害事件，讓身為媽媽的我們心痛，恐懼，無法接受。肩負保家衛國重任的軍方，竟讓為國服役的優秀子弟兵慘死軍中，死不瞑目。[壯志未酬身先死，長使英雄淚滿襟]，何況國家竟失去了一個棟樑。

　「死有輕於鴻毛，重於泰山」，今天如果是為國捐軀，我們引以為榮，沒有話說，可是，萬萬想不到的，居然是被軍中沒有人性，喪盡天良的兇神惡煞給殘害死了，死前狠毒殘忍不仁道的凌虐與折磨，死狀的淒慘，讓多少媽媽的心都撕裂了 ，痛心疾首，肝腸寸斷。要知道一條活生生的生命，是我們這些媽媽們懷胎十月，嘔心瀝血，辛辛苦苦拉拔長大的，服兵役，竟似羊入虎口，死路一條，一去不回,誰無子女,你們忍心看到在軍中服役的兒子,一再慘遭凌虐止至死?試問國防部，叫我們這些為娘的情何以堪呀？誰無父母，誰無子女，這些藏在軍中的敗類，無視於媽媽們的存在，視孩子們為草芥，肆意凌虐，欺上瞞下，枉顧人命，為所欲為，可惡至極。我們一定要揪出元兇，處以極刑，清除敗類。

　學生需要「愛的教育」，服役的孩子們也應受到「愛的觀照」，過去軍中不人道的懲處陋習，全面調查改革，不要讓當兵成為「夢魘」，尤其經過此一事件，更讓服兵役成為畏途，如入人間地獄，請問國防部，當兵要受到如此可怕的待遇嗎？請讓我們當媽媽的人，不要惴惴不安，惶然於兒子生命的安全，我們支持洪媽媽，我們絕不原諒喪心病狂的[劊子手，請還給媽媽們一 個「公道」。

【綜合報導】洪仲丘案持續延燒，馬總統在下午1點25分抵達洪家慰問家屬。洪媽媽當場表示：「我沒有什麼話可講，也沒有什麼眼淚可流，我兒子已經躺在那邊17天了，我沒有什麼話可以講，也不會講。」

馬總統也當場回應：「我也是做父親的人，我也有小孩，我的感受跟你一樣，相信我，我一定會把案子查清楚，我以總統的身份跟你保證，我一定讓真相大白，所有涉嫌違法的，全部都會繩之以法。」希望洪媽媽可以節哀，一起來追查真相。

另因A7合宜宅接駁車今日開始停止接駁，提醒選屋與看屋民眾提早規劃前往方式，避免因此錯過原排定的選屋時間。

【游芳男／宜蘭報導】蘇澳籍延繩釣遠洋漁船「特宏興368號」，16日起在法屬玻里尼西亞「帕比堤港」西北方527浬海域失聯，船上衛星電話打不通，船上有台籍船長陳德生(54歲)、輪機長何昌琳(58歲)，及9名印尼漁工，昨天上午美國海岸防衛隊飛機在在南緯0度28分、西經145度 37分距台灣6千多浬，拍到漁船，船持續往印尼方向西方航行。

船東莊清旺昨天受訪時擔心地說，依漁業署傳真照片來看，若船長、輪機長臥病，美國海岸防 衛隊飛機靠近時，漁工們聽到飛機聲音，應會出來揮舞衣物等來求救，因船持續在赤道向印尼方向航行，遭挾持可能性極高。蘇澳區漁會總幹事林月英說，海巡署巡護7號在菲濟群島補給油料，距「特」船2千多浬，正前往了解營救。
