盧學叡還透露，自6年前參加歌唱比賽打響名號，才出2張專輯就與唱片公司解約，他把自己關在家中2個月，還罹患輕度憂鬱症：「真的很感謝家人陪伴，我現在要重新出發，唱想唱的歌、自然做自己。」

【林世雄／台中報導】針對軍方表達要協助家屬辦理洪仲丘的後事，還傳要加蓋國旗、追封中士一事，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸今天說，目前家屬還沒有得到比較明確、正面的回覆，報告也沒有出來，家屬還不確定會不會讓軍方來參與弟弟的告別式，如果在八月四日期限之前，還是跟現在一樣的話，我們有禮儀公司可以幫忙，家屬會婉拒軍方的幫忙。

【綜合報導】日前才傳出，英國大曼徹斯特地區的麥當勞(McDonald's)速食店，拒絕一位騎馬的女子進入附設的汽車點餐車道「得來速」(Drive-Thru)點餐消費，但畢竟那是匹馬，拒絕還有點道理，現在又傳出，英國麥當勞拒絕使用代步車速克達的老人，乘坐代步車進入得來速車道點餐，要求老人要將車停到店門口的停車格內，再自行走進店內點餐，這個規定就引發批評。

76歲的曾祖母蕾格(Kate Legg)日前到一家麥當勞，想買一杯自己最愛的草莓奶昔，她看到得來速車道裡只有一輛車在點餐，她說：「我想麥當勞不會希望我把這麼大台車子騎進他們店裡，而當時只有一輛車在購買，我不會擋到任何人，而且我覺得，騎著速克達在得來速點餐，感覺很好玩」，於是她就把代步車騎進了得來速，卻被拒絕消費，要求她把速克達停到車位上，再到店裡消費。

蕾格事後生氣的說：「這對身體有障礙的人根本就是歧視！」，而麥當勞發言人則表示：「代步速克達禁止進入得來速車道，但我們歡迎使用代步速克達的顧客，只要餐廳能夠進得去，都可以騎著代步車進到餐廳消費」。

【綜合報導】美國北卡羅萊納州有一名女子，在本周二帶著寵物狗哈士奇到河邊散步時，狗狗慘遭一條大鱷魚生吞，當地警方為了公眾安全，決定將鱷魚射殺，鱷魚最後也遭到擊斃。

據了解，這條鱷魚重達226公斤，長3.6公尺。當地警方表示，鱷魚多數在黃昏時間捕食，牠很可能將哈士奇，誤當成一隻巨型鴨，於是發動襲擊。警方翌日展開捕殺行動，朝鱷魚連開3槍，才將鱷魚擒獲。

警方表示，由於這條鱷魚體型太大，無法將牠安置到到其他地方，為了公眾安全，於是將牠殺死，而當鱷魚被拉出水面時，狗的遺骸仍在牠口中。

王建民22日對上老虎3A，先發4.1局，投67球，其中46球是好球，被托利多泥母雞隊擊出1支全壘打在內的9支安打，投出4次三振沒有保送，滾飛比是理想的8比1，但失掉含有4自責分的6分，這場比賽也是王建民自7月被藍鳥降下3A之後，表現最差的一場比賽。
王建民目前在3A的戰績是5勝6敗、防禦率2.63。
