南投縣埔里鎮28日上午發現有5隻流浪狗陳屍街頭，家畜疾病防治所所長唐佳永表示，目前犬貓都沒有感染狂犬病案例，籲請民眾不要毒殺流浪狗。

據《蘋果日報》報導，民眾在大城里公誠路社區發現5隻流浪狗屍體，清潔隊原本打算將狗屍與垃圾一起焚化，家畜疾病防治所人員趕到焚化場，採集其中一隻流浪狗屍體，包括胃部殘留物。由於流浪狗並沒有外傷，初步研判是遭到毒殺，是否因為民眾恐慌而毒殺流浪狗，還待進一步化驗結果才能確定。

里長黃志忠指出，27日有民眾反映流浪狗問題，結果隔天就傳出流浪狗遭毒殺的事情，懷疑是人為惡意毒狗。家畜疾病防治所所長唐佳永說，到目前為止，犬貓都沒有感染案例，呼籲民眾不要撲殺流浪犬貓。

【綜合報導】隨着科技日新月異，新的機器人技能也層出不窮，最近德國就出現一個「機器人酒保」。

工程師謝弗（Ben Schaefer）所研發的機器人調酒師名叫卡爾（Carl），在德國東部伊爾默瑙的一間酒吧內工作。

卡爾做的工作超乎想像，不僅會調製多種酒精飲品，更能與顧客談話交流，堪稱一個全能的調酒師。有不少遊客慕着卡爾的名字而來光顧，酒吧已變成當地的旅遊景點。
 
本田汽車最近也研發一個機器人酒保，並將影片放上YouTube。這個機器人動作雖然有點緩慢，但能完成開蓋，倒飲料等動作。

【綜合報導】日本防衛省向防衛大臣小野寺五典，今日遞交新防衛大綱中期報告。報告指出中國在東海和釣魚台增強軍力，加上北韓核試和開發導彈，對日本構成威脅，有必要修改防衛大綱。

報告還指出，為增強釣魚台的防禦能力，日方將加強對自衛隊的訓練，組成一支專門登島的部隊，以及引進無人偵察機，提高警戒監察能力。報告又指，若遭敵方襲擊，日本「將擁有對抗敵方基地的攻擊能力」。小野寺大臣稍晚會將報告提交給內閣，待執政的自民黨和公明黨磋商，爭取年內通過修正案。

民進黨立委薛凌發布新聞稿說，陸軍542旅在士官長陳以人及上士范佐憲主導下，任意指示連上四位下士參與士官評議會，在陳范兩人要求下，以長官特別交代為由，要求這四位下士將洪仲丘送禁閉，這四位下士後來發現自己成為將洪仲丘送往死路的無辜參與者，已有人自責，出現憂鬱現象。軍方應該派心輔官，隨時注意他們的狀況。

「就用直升機將老人送上山回家！」林慶台牧師28日在「耆老直升機圓夢計畫」分享會中表示，原本這只是一句開玩笑的話，但後來發覺其實是可行的。他強調，舊部落離耆老們現居地長達32公里，年邁的金岳部落的耆老已經無法步行回到從前舊部落了；他呼籲社會各界出錢出力，透過直升機的載送，協助老人回到自己從小出生的地方，以留下美好的回憶。

金岳部落的耆老從94年開始發起回到50年前遷徙出來的流星老部落Ryohen，在找路、開路的過程中，一連串重建部落文化資產與保存的過程中，促發了耆老們回家的夢想。但舊部落離耆老們現居地長達32公里，年邁的耆老已經無法步行回到舊部落了，在一次座談會中，七嘴八舌地說出他們想坐直升機回家的願望。

一群金岳部落的年輕人為了實踐他們的夢想，於是組成「鹿皮之興」青年團隊，透過教育部青年發展署「青年社區行動計畫」開始推動，期望用影像記錄耆老們在舊部落的每一天，讓他們在人生最後的階段留下美好的回憶。

曾經在金岳部落牧會擔任牧師的林慶台指出，他看盡了部落老人與小孩們生活中的無奈，有一次他就問耆老們：「你們想念自己的舊部落嗎？」他強調說，耆老們都很想念，於是當時他就有一個夢想，就是讓耆老都能回到自己的家。他甚至還規劃，讓孩子們也能回到耆老的故鄉來辦畢業的成年禮，看看祖先所留下的腳蹤。

教育部青年發展署副署長施建矗表示，這次透過青年發展署的「青年社區行動計畫」，讓五位年輕人透過創意，用直升機載部落耆老回到當年居住的故鄉，非常有意義。據了解，目前當地的環境已先行整理，並逐步地塑造能讓直升機下降的環境，非常可喜。

【胡守得／台北報導】55歲男子陳清泉，2年前認識傅姓美髮師後交往，傅女去年7月中提分手，不甘心的陳男，竟暗藏水果刀到傅女位於台北市的工作室，猛刺傅女腹部到肚破腸流，最高法院日前依殺人未遂罪判陳徒刑8年6月、褫奪公權5年定讞。
 
判決表示，傅女遭刺後還被陳男押到馬桶欲了結生命，幸傅女苦苦哀求，答應不提告，陳男才罷手，陳男走時還按下工作室鐵捲門阻隔外界發現，幸傅女掙扎打電話向前男友求救才倖免於難；最高法院認為陳男殺人犯意明顯，且未與傅女和解，駁回陳男上訴、確定。

【林海全╱台中報導】為釐清洪仲丘死因，洪仲丘舅舅胡世和、姊姊洪慈庸昨天在律師陪同下，上午九時許進入269旅禁閉室進行現場重建模擬至傍晚五時許結束，晚間七時返回到家，兩人看起來略顯疲態，針對模擬情形，家屬認為對案情沒有幫助，「好像照著故事演戲讓檢察官筆錄。」

洪慈庸無奈的說， 上次抱著滿心期待去看監視器畫面，希望釐清案情，找出任何對仲丘有幫助的證據，但卻沒看到什麼東西，因此，這次北上模擬重建禁閉室，只帶著「配合的角度」前往，沒有預期會得到什麼更突破答案。

洪慈庸指出，之前有參與禁閉生、戒護士製作筆錄，知道當時他們的說法，因此，昨天的模擬，花了很多時間，果真沒有得到想要的東西，「我相信模擬的和當時的筆錄出入不大，因為可能不是一個真實的真相。」

針對模擬禁閉室過程，胡世和認為有許多疑點，他說，包括班長、醫官、禁閉生每個證人，大家都講對他們自己有利的部份，但每個人講得都很混亂、很片段，而且都不一樣，對家屬來講根本沒有還原。

胡世和質疑，仲丘倒地到送出營區，過程是41分鐘，但每個人講的話，時間點卻兜不起來，「我們覺得模擬有點虛構，因為每個禁閉生講話都很惶恐，軍檢球員兼裁判，似乎還引導他們說話，這部份我有提出抗議，過程好像一套故事，給檢察官做筆錄。」

【黃揚明／台北報導】針對陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，台灣智庫今公布民調，有75％民眾對軍方追查洪案沒有信心，69.5％民眾贊成類似案件應修法交由一般法院、檢調偵辦審理，另外，高達74.2％民眾不會相信未來洪案在軍法機關的審判結果。

此外，高達85.7％民眾贊成國防部在立院臨時會針對洪案進行專案報告，80.5％民眾贊成在立院成立調閱委員會監督洪案；72.3％民眾認為國軍內部不當管教情形嚴重，且有42.5％民眾認為未來不會改善；另外有77.7％民眾認為國防部弊案多、74.7％民眾認為國軍不能打仗、59.1％民眾擔心實施募兵制後，國軍會招募不到人。

這份民調是台灣智庫委託趨勢民調公司進行，調查時間為7月24日至26日，共完成1069份有效樣本，在95％信心水準下，抽樣誤差為正負3％。
