【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】由全球主要銀行組成的國際金融協會（Institute of International Finance，IIF）指出，今年第2季新興亞洲銀行融資情況為2008年金融海嘯以來最緊俏，以50作為鬆緊分水嶺的指標中得到45.7，處於象徵較緊俏的50以下。
 
國際金融協會調查包括拉丁美洲、歐洲、亞洲、非洲與中東地區等133家銀行，結果發現新興亞洲銀行融資情況降至僅 45.7，不如拉丁美洲的47.6及非洲與中東地區的52.9，顯示新興亞洲銀行國內融資情況惡化、高呆帳率以及借貸需求下滑等現象。

【綜合報導】全球最暢銷的男性勃起功能障礙處方藥、輝瑞藥廠(Pfizer)出品的「威而鋼」(Viagra)，雖然上個月傳出因為專利權到期，各家藥廠可能推出相同成分的「便宜版」藥品瓜分市場，但威而鋼似乎老神在在，沒有宣布降價，還繼續走著自己的宣傳推廣路線。

日本今年面臨酷夏，輝瑞在日本對威而鋼的宣傳，就是致贈沒有把手的圓形紙扇，這種扇子每個人都用過，其實就是一張卡紙、在靠近一側邊緣的地方挖一個洞，讓大拇指可以穿過、夾住卡紙用來搧風。好像沒有什麼特別，其實玄機在圖片上。如同附圖所顯示，這把圓紙扇有兩種圖樣：一面是個裸體的老先生，另一個是位裸體的胖哥，洞洞就開在襠下，於是穿過的大拇指看來有如兩位裸男巨大挺拔的寶貝，搭配上背景那根巨大剝了皮的香蕉，謔而不淫，是個十分有效的廣告。
