他幾乎是天天打給我 大概都是睡前十點多左右 會講個二十 三十分鐘 放假的時候有時候會問我要不要出去 但我晚上要上課 大部分都無法 最近他晚上兩點都要站哨 他問我早不早睡 我說還好 怎 他說他站哨很無聊 想找人跟他聊天 我就說 好啊可以 結果他還真的天天打給我 其實我心裡是喜歡他才會答應 他後來有問我怎麼都不用睡覺 我說 還好暑假沒什麼事 或者我可以先睡再接電話 有時候晚上下課我在忙 會不接電話 隔天再接到的時候 他也會問我昨天怎麼沒接之類的 因為他認識我室友 有一次我不知道因為什麼原因生氣 很久沒接他電話 他就直接打給他 叫他轉接給我 但他也只是很普通的口氣問我怎麼了 電話都沒開機 後來我也問他 是否根本吧 把我當聊天工具 整天聽你講前女友的事就夠了 他說 也不是這樣說 你是喜歡我嗎 我說 不是 但萬一是怎麼辦 他說 你不覺得這樣你也會加到分嗎 我說 算了吧 這樣也能加分 要喜歡我早就喜歡了 但他後來就真的不太會聊他了 我覺得不能這樣下去了 他是不是無聊沒事做才這樣 我怕自己越陷越深… 手機發文無法排版 抱歉 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 116.59.232.233

| 2013世界樂旗大賽 建中拿下季軍

台北市建國中學今參加2103世界樂旗大賽決賽，剛剛成績揭曉，在強敵環伺下，拿下季軍的好成績，校長陳偉泓表示，「學生得知成績時，都十分開心」。
建中樂旗隊有30年歷史，曾連續11年榮獲全國學生音樂比賽特優，歷年參加參加世界樂旗大賽戰功彪炳，2010年在德國波茨坦拿下冠軍，2011年在馬來西亞吉隆坡獲季軍，2012年在加拿大卡加利獲亞軍。

中國、南韓所產鋼鐵，有傾銷至台灣疑慮，財政部昨日宣布，明日起（15日）將對中國、南韓不銹鋼冷軋鋼品，祭出臨時反傾銷稅，稅率最低20.52%，最高者46.02%，由於原本台灣對中、韓所生產的冷軋鋼品並不課稅，財政部這次出重手採霹靂手段，對國內鋼鐵市場投下震撼彈。
經濟日報-江揆：十月電價絕對漲
十月調漲電價反彈聲浪大，行政院長江宜樺昨天接受udn tv專訪表示，從負責任的決策角度來看，十月調漲電價「是絕對應該調」，但政府也會考量電價調漲對弱勢用戶及小商家的衝擊，目前正思考「做一些微調」，至於用電大戶，政府會建立一種「要付出較大代價」的觀念。
工商時報-鴻海雙率升外資仍搖頭
鴻海日進斗金，上半年稅後盈餘333.3億元，等於一天獲利1.8億元，第二季稅前盈餘年增率也逾5成，單季毛利率5.8％、營益率2.08％均較首季提升，上半年每股稅後盈餘攀高至2.56元；但外資認為，鴻海Q2毛利率、營益率低於預期。

| 七夕情定海生館 飼育員向解說員求婚成功

今天是七夕情人節，國立屏東海洋生物博物館今天有一場求婚記，在『巨藻缸』擔任飼育員的陳冠儒隔著玻璃水族缸，向外頭正在跟遊客講解的解說員溫純華求婚，解說員被男友突如其來的求婚嚇了一跳，現場遊客高喊〝嫁給他〞，女主角感動的當場點頭答應。

七夕情人節下午，在屏東海生館世界水域巨藻缸外面擔任解說員的溫純華正在跟遊客解說，突然，在巨藻缸裡面、身穿潛水衣、原本應該要餵魚的飼育員陳冠儒，由同事幫忙舉著事先準備好的板子，板子上寫著『純華 請嫁給我』幾個大字，接著，再單腳下跪，向玻璃水族缸外面的解說員溫純華求婚，海生館企劃部經理方寶儀說，突如其來的這一幕，讓解說員溫純華和遊客又驚又喜，溫純華愣了好一會兒，現場遊客則是高喊〝嫁給他〞，女主角回過神之後，雙手高舉比了一個大大的圓，點頭答應，飼育員開心的立即離開水族缸，連潛水衣都來不及脫，拿下空氣瓶的面罩，當場甜蜜的親吻女主角，方寶儀說，這一刻，連一旁的同事都忍不住感動落淚「飼育員在水裡面聽不到外面的聲音，她（女主角）就比了一個圈圈表示她願意，比完之後，男主角把氧氣筒拿掉，就穿著潛水衣當眾親她。」
海生館人員表示，飼育員陳冠儒和解說員溫純華兩人是在海生館工作認識，男主角為了跟交往了兩年多的女友求婚，十多天前就秘密的籌劃這場求婚記，果然七夕情人節這一天順利求婚成功，情定海生館。（照片：屏東海生館提供）

【徐毓莉／台北報導】針對今天《中國時報》頭版報導蔡明忠、石世豪裡應外合，出賣系統、頻道業者， NCC發言人虞孝成今在記者會中轉述NCC主委石世豪說法，指該篇報導所稱，「石世豪獨排眾議向江揆表示，『富邦集團所屬的凱擘，是挺NCC的分組付費制。』與事實未盡相符」。NCC表示，石世豪並未與蔡明忠私下接觸。《中天》記者今下午在記者會中詢問，會公佈當時錄音嗎？虞孝成回應，NCC主委有到行政院說明分組付費，會議在行政院，有無錄音非NCC職掌。

【綜合報導】根據統計，10年前很少有中國的中學生到美國留學；但最近5年，中國赴美留學的中學生出現大幅度的增加，並呈現出越來越低齡化的趨勢。
美國《基督教科學箴言報》報導，在2010-2011學年，大約有2.4萬中國高中生到美國留學，約佔中國在美國留學生總數的15%，而在5年前，中國赴美留學的中學生比較罕見。
另根據美國國土安全部的數據，國中階段便已在美國求學的中國學生，已經從2006年的65人增加到2011年的6725人，5年內成長了百倍。

【綜合報導】加州成為美國第一個州政府在法律中，保障跨性別（transgender）K-12（5-18歲）學童自由選擇使用男生或女生專用浴室或更衣室的權利。
民主黨籍的州長布朗（Jerry Brown）12日宣布，他已簽署了編號為「AB1266」的法案。這項新法旨在保障學童以「自我知覺」（self-perception）的性別取代天生性別的所屬權利，法案中除保障跨性別學童選擇相關涉及隱私的使用空間外，也讓這些學童自由選擇體育課的上課項目。

| 羅納德‧韋恩：被遺忘的蘋果創始人，一段350億美金變成2300元的故事

 如今 79 歲的羅恩住在內華達州拉斯維加斯附近的一棟移動房，再也沒有人記起這個曾經的蘋果創始人。如果他繼續持有這 10% 的股份，如今這將是一筆 350 億美元的鉅款。

當蘋果成為科技界閃耀的明珠，當辭世的賈伯斯和沃茲尼亞克屢屢見諸報端，羅納德‧韋恩（Ronald Gerald Wayne）——這個蘋果第三位聯合創始人的名字已經被世人日漸淡忘。
羅納德‧韋恩實際上對促成蘋果公司的創立擁有至關重要的作用。據賈伯斯傳的記載，蘋果公司創立之前，沃茲尼克尚未決定全身心投入蘋果，於是賈伯斯便找來了朋友羅納德‧韋恩。韋恩勸說沃茲加入蘋果的理由是：「一個偉大的工程師只有和一個偉大的行銷人員合作，才可能被世人所銘記。」為報答韋恩，賈伯斯將 10% 的股份贈與了韋恩。韋恩負責起草了合夥協議，並畫出蘋果公司的第一個商標。

然而由於不敢承擔風險，在加入蘋果公司僅僅 12 天後，韋恩便退出了公司，以 10% 的股份套現 2300 美元。在接下來的幾年中，儘管賈伯斯和沃茲尼克都邀請它回到公司，但羅納德都拒絕了，他真正的興趣點在吃角子老虎上。

回憶起來，羅納德承認沒有料到蘋果後來的成就。不過，「我做的決定讓我能夠追溯我的興趣，老實說我不後悔走這一步。」
「如果我選擇待在蘋果，選擇壓抑我的人生哲學，我可能會以世界上最富有的人的身份行將就木。但當時我已經 40 歲了，那兩個孩子如同旋風一般。」
韋恩表示，賈伯斯對工作的瘋狂源於工作本身，而非對金錢的渴望，也正是這一點使他具備超凡的商業勇氣。
Ashton Kutcher 主演的傳奇電影 Jobs 上映在即，韋恩在接受採訪時表示希望能夠如實地還原這位天才人物的完整面貌，包括陰暗的一面，事實上，賈伯斯的這一面也影響了韋恩的退出。他表示，雖然賈伯斯通常被外界視為一個傑出的公共演講家，但實際上他有社交障礙。
對於賈伯斯的英年早逝，韋恩這樣評價道：
「他回歸了平靜，他完成了他生命中夢想的事業，他得到了足以令自己滿意的成就。」

【綜合報導】現在特效道具越做越厲害，反成搶匪最佳利器，美國紐約就發生3名黑人搶匪，購買3張白人面具，佯裝成警察到商店行搶，結果真的奏效，被搶店員接受警方偵訊時，就表示搶匪是白人。
所幸警方循線調查，發現搶匪身份順利逮捕歸案，搶匪表示他們是模仿電影「竊盜城」的手法，花了3千美元買面具，洗劫20萬美元。
