 曾被匯豐(HSBC)點名為未來40年全球前30大經濟體當中最耀眼三顆星之一的馬來西亞，會成為繼巴西、印度、印尼之後下一個被外資盯上的追殺目標嗎？馬國第二季經常帳盈餘降至26億林吉特(7.9億美元)、創1999年初以來新低。
華爾街日報報導，外資持有馬來西亞債券的比重逼近50%。相較之下，外資佔新興市場債券的比重很少超過30%。qz.com 21日報導，馬國公債GDP佔比達53%、居東南亞之冠。今年6月，外資大賣馬國公債、金額達到創紀錄的66億林吉特(20.4億美元)。
惠譽(Fitch Ratings)甫於7月底以預算改革流於空談為由，將馬來西亞信評展望下修至「負向」。
XQ全球贏家系統的報價顯示，截至台北時間22日下午5時整為止，美元兌馬來西亞林吉特升值0.49%至3.309；盤中最高點3.322創2010年6月18日以來新高。8月迄今美元兌林吉特升值2.07%、連續第4個月走升。
馬來西亞KLCI綜合指數22日跳空下跌1.40%，收1,720.37點、創5月3日以來收盤新低，連續第7個交易日收低。
拜政治不確定性因素消除之賜，KLCI指數5月6日盤中一度大漲7.8%、創逾10年來最大盤中漲幅，當天最高點(1,826.22點)創歷史盤中新高。2001年迄今馬來西亞股市僅3度收低；今年迄今仍上漲1.86%。

雲林縣斗六市公所最近清查市產，發現有7筆約130坪公有土地，50多年前向5名市民共借貸8萬5000元被設定抵押權迄今，經市公所主動通知債權人家屬塗銷，1名債權人孫子日前到公所要求連本帶利償還6000萬元債款，否則不予塗銷，並向縣議員李建志陳情，這樁歷經半世紀的烏龍疑案才傳開並引發議論。
「公家向私人借錢，土地還被抵押50多年未塗銷，令人不可思議！」市公所主秘彭士人說，當年公家單位為何會以市有地向私人借款，已查不出原因，有無還錢也不得而知；但因已逾民法請求權及要求執行債權共20年追訴期限，若債權人子孫不配合主動塗銷，將向法院提起債權不存在訴訟。
李建志表示，市有地抵押借款一直未塗銷債權，他認為應該是「有借未還」，雖追討時效已過，而且當年債權人都已去世，但他仍盼市公所能兼顧情理，合理補償家屬換取塗銷，強行採法律途徑提告太傷感情。
位於斗六市中正路145巷的原縣府務稅局老舊宿舍，土地是市公所所有，因房舍已無人居住且破損不堪，前年底由稅務局交還市公所；最近市公所清查市產時，發現其中3筆土地於民國49年向潘姓、李姓市民抵押借款4萬元；另4筆土地於民國50年向王姓、廖姓及林姓市民抵押借款4萬5000元。但事隔50多年抵押權卻仍未塗銷，以致市公所到底「有無還錢」成了謎。

小弟的電腦幾天內已經連續兩次出現通電卻未開機的問題 狀況大概就是按了電源開關後 電源燈有亮 風扇也有轉 只是無法確定硬碟有沒有動 但系統就是沒有開機 不得已整個切掉電源重開就又可以用 桌機使用約5年多 intel core2duo 1.7g 主機板是msi的965neo 想請問一下問題比較可能出在哪裡? 是power嗎? 還是什麼地方? 謝謝!! -- Vor der Kaserne, vor dem grosen Tor, Stand eine Laterne und steht sie noch davor. 潭美颱風的影響仍持續，北北基在8時確定22日上班上課，目前確定停班停課的縣市只有連江縣，而根據氣象局預測，潭美將在22日凌晨解除陸上颱風警報，但下雨的天氣會持續至23日。
根據氣象局在晚間9時15分的偵測，9時的中心位置在台北外海北北西方120公里處，最接近台灣的時間已過。目前仍以時速25公里的速度前進，向西北西直線前進。暴風圈仍籠罩中部以北地區。
氣象預報中心課長陳怡良強調，南部地區的雨量應在這個時候急速累積，也就是說，豪雨才剛開始。另外，他同時強調，因21日碰上大潮，加上外圍環流影響，不宜接近海邊或從事海上活動，沿海居民也須慎防海水倒灌。即使解除海陸警，外圍環流仍會為陸地帶來雨勢，到23日皆是有雨的天氣。
目前，西半部地區與東部山區有豪雨發生的可能。東北部山區與花蓮、台東兩縣的山區與外島也可能出現豪雨。台中梧棲已出現過10級陣風，中心過境的彭佳嶼更曾出現16級陣風。
目前整個北部地區（新北市、台北市、宜蘭縣、桃園縣）皆發出超大豪雨警報，其餘部分中部地區（臺中市、南投縣、雲林縣、彰化縣、嘉義市、嘉義縣、臺南市、高雄市、屏東縣）也發布超大豪雨警報。在5時左右，南投縣出現明顯風雨，6時以後，所有南部縣市應都會有大風大雨。

【綜合報導】報導史諾登披露美國監控計畫的英國《衞報》記者格林沃爾德(Glenn Greenwald)在同性伴侶米蘭達(David Miranda)遭英國當局扣留9小時後表示，他會更加積極揭密，公布更多、更大量的文件。
美國白宮19日表示，美國沒有請求英國政府拘留披露美監控項目的英國《衛報》記者格林沃爾德的同性伴侶，但英國政府的確有提前告知，倫敦警方將拘捕米蘭達，英國當局以反恐法為由，18日在倫敦機場拘留米蘭達長達9個小時，米蘭達被沒收了個人電腦、手機和記憶卡。
白宮副發言人厄尼斯特與國務院發言人普薩基19日在記者會上均表示，美國沒有請求英國採取上述行動，這是英國的自主決定。厄尼斯特還表示，美國沒有介入和參與英方的行動。
對於同性伴侶被拘留一事，格林沃爾德表示，他不會因為英國警方對其伴侶造成麻煩而就此保持沉默，從現在開始，他將披露更多關於政府監控的信息。他還聲稱掌握很多關於英國間諜系統的文件，將發佈相關內容。史諾登已經將涉及美國國家安全局監控項目的15000至20000份文件交給格林沃爾德。

現在用A50 也穩穩用3年多了(華碩導航機真猛) 只是圖資太舊,想換了. 想說華碩還不錯,9月約到想攜碼大省也鎖定PFI 不過我去燦坤看展示機畫質流暢度什麼都還不錯. 不過她音量小到誇張,我確定因量什麼的選項都開最大了.. 我拿A50一起放根本感覺3倍大音量,PFI完全被壓制... 因為用耳機聽歌耳朵都會痛痛的,所以喜歡外放來聽, 對喇叭音量比較在乎,音質還好. 怎麼什麼硬體軟體都進步音量卻退步? -.- 是那家展示機的問題嗎?有pfi的板友解答解答 THX -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.120.71

| 巧取附加費 美旅館估今年入帳21億元

【大紀元2013年08月22日訊】（大紀元記者蘇雲編譯報導）近日，航空公司在基本票價之上添加了許多附加費，受到消費者大量的關注﹔與此同時，旅館行業也競相效尤，在其穩步上昇的基本房價上添加了各種名目的附加費。這些賬單上添加的「服務費」，在某些情況下就是使用旅館的基本設施被征收了額外的附加費。
《紐約時報》報導，據紐約大學「特蒂希藝術中心」（ Preston Robert Tisch Center）的旅遊和體育管理部最新發佈的分析，今年旅館附加費收入，估計將從2012年的20億上昇至21億美元。
當然與航空業的附加費收入比較，這僅僅是一個小意思﹔去年航空業的托運行李和改變行程附加費，總額收入達60億美元。特蒂希藝術中心的院長漢森（ Bjorn Hanson)說：「航空業創造了巨大的附加費收入，也鼓勵了旅館行業競相效尤。」
在過去10年中，許多旅館在賬單上添加了許多服務費，收入增加超過以前的一倍有餘，特別是在會議所、豪華度假胜地使用商務中心或接連互聯網服務的，客人，被強徵各種所謂「度假費」（resort fees)﹔其實在某些情況下，基本上就是使用酒店設施被徵收的附加費。
在一些酒店提早結帳也被添加費用、自動扣收小費、強制性的代客泊車、迷你吧從新進貨﹔另外還有接收傳真和過夜包包、室內的保險箱費。
漢森表示，雖然部份國際旅客在一些小旅館已被加收了能源附加費等費用，但總部設在北美、設施全備的連鎖旅館（powerhouse hotel）卻迅速擴大向國外出口這種附加費心態。他補充說，一些「度假費」已成為全世界通用，但往往是由北美的品牌旅館引起，接著全球採用了。
以下是《紐約時報》記者親身體驗的一些附加費例子﹕
＊兩年前，在鳳凰城（Phoenix)的度假酒店參加一個會議時，驚異地發現被徵收了12美元的行李搬運費用。
＊床鋪收拾費－－也就是說，收拾你的床、打掃你的房間 。
＊侍者服務﹕即使自子推自己的行李，也被收取12美元服務費。
＊旅館還收取13.95美元基本的互聯網服務，快速度的互聯網服務收費19.95美元。
＊比原計劃提前一天退房時，被告知「提早搬出費」為75美元，經過與櫃檯員和經理據理力爭後，同意一次性的禮貌免交費用。
＊深受商務旅客青睞的許多品牌旅店，不在附加費遊戲中。在整個行業中，一些中層的旅館為商務旅行，提供一系列無須付任何額外費用的服務－－從免費的互聯網和商業中心、提供免費早餐。在某些情況下甚至免費雞尾酒小吃。
