【綜合報導】因愛滋器捐案被懲處的台大醫師柯文哲，日前妻子召開記者會，痛批台大醫院做假報告，直言「沒有真相就沒有原諒」。不過柯文哲希望妻子能夠放下，所以帶她去法鼓山找法師開釋。

夫妻倆跟法師聊了一個多小時後，2人就先行到後山看風景。看到媒體大陣仗採訪，柯文哲妻陳佩琪不因願受訪轉頭就走，只留下柯文哲一人獨自面對媒體。柯文哲則表示，以前太忽略妻子感受，往後會多陪陪妻子，並了解她的心聲。至於因愛滋器捐案被懲處，柯文哲還是挺台大，重申「台大醫院還是台灣最好的醫院」，可以感覺出柯文哲已經原諒台大醫院。

【綜合報導】美國密爾瓦基警察，日前在公路上目擊一名女子仰躺在摩托車上，放手騎車，行徑相當囂張，還發現這名女子上半身僅著夾克，裡面什麼也沒穿，而且夾克拉鍊還沒拉上，等於是袒胸馳騁在公路上。

目擊警察表示這名女子時速超過90公里，沿途還不停叫囂，對著經過的汽車大罵，險象環生，警方隨即開車追捕，最終女子失控摔車，奇蹟似地僅有下巴擦傷，警方表示女子酒精濃度超過標準外，還疑似嗑藥，已遭警方逮捕。

【林媛玲╱新北報導】新北市超過三十年的老舊建物逾四十二萬戶，整合重建難度高，新北市昨提出「簡易都更」制度，下月起，基地面積達一千平方公尺（約三百零二坪），經所有住戶同意就可申請，明年起更放寬至五百平方公尺（約一百五十一坪），簡化的申請流程，估計把現行都更費時三年的法定申請程序，縮短至兩個月。

由於中美歐三大經濟體製造業採購經理人指數PMI同步擴張，不僅美股收紅，也讓亞股回穩，早盤主要指數均呈紅盤，不過台股走升中卻見量縮，禮正投顧總經理毛仁傑因此認為，未來盤勢仍是在年線7,805點附近盤整嘗試打底，而今天約以上漲60~70點收盤，量能僅約700餘億元。

毛仁傑指出，今天的亞股看來持穩，東南亞市場仍有股匯雙跌的壓力，但應不致於出現系統性風險，不過仍需持續觀察最弱的印度市場變化。台股方面，與美股走勢一樣，宜暫時視做築底反彈，在至9月17日美國聯準會公開市場委員會（FOMC）會議之前，量化寬鬆QE是否縮減仍會干擾盤面，但預計此一必然縮減的利空，可望逐步出盡。

今天的盤面焦點為除息的大立光（3008）與台股指標台積電（2330），大立光被市場認為除息表現不佳，不過毛仁傑認為其實大立光除息行情已先行展開，嚴格來說今天表現算是不錯，尤其領先指標台積電在底部區92元附近整理後，今天因外資認為有急單而明顯走揚，不排除開始反彈往半年線103～104元走升。

至於今天的外資動態，研判應是小幅買賣超，而外資要對台股重新啟動較大的動能，得視台積電走勢與美國NASDAQ指數再拉出一段漲幅，並待QE利空消化完畢。

也因為預期今天是量縮格局，毛仁傑認為，若無其他重大突發事件，下周的台股變化不大，繼續以年線由中軸上下盤整並嘗試打底，而類股上，由於已至8月底，毛仁傑提醒，可以開始留意大陸的十一長假帶動的內需概念股，以及在大陸發燒的低價高規智慧型手機、即聯發科（2454）為主的相關概念股。

爛政府逼青年拆政府

八月二十二日主計總處公布七月失業率四．二五％，是亞洲四小龍最高；其中特別引人注目的就是，十五歲到二十四歲失業率攀升至十三．三九％，較六月上升四．四％，相當於每八人就有一人失業，亦是一九七八年以來同期（七月）之第三高。由此可知，國家未來所寄託的青年已逐漸被邊緣化。

如從二○○○年起，兩大政黨執政時期來看的話，民進黨執政時期（二○○○年至二○○七年）十五歲到二十四歲失業率是十．四四％，失業率為總體的二．四三倍。自從馬政府二○○八年執政後，青年失業率攀升到十二．九％，失業率為總體的二．七一倍。馬政府選舉時推出一堆青年就業方案，但目前青年工作機會在哪？

台灣的青年失業問題嚴重嗎？根據主計總處統計顯示，二○一二年時，台灣十五歲到二十四歲的青年失業率是十二．七％，與全球平均青年失業率相等，但高於日本的八．一％與南韓的九．六％。再者，若就青年失業率與全體平均失業率相比，台灣十五歲到二十四歲青年失業率為總體的二．九八倍，與其他已開發國家如日本（一．八八倍）、美國（二．○二倍）、南韓（二．九七倍）等國家比較下，青年失業問題相對嚴重。

【大紀元2013年08月23日訊】日前，有媒體爆料「海藻」李念婚後坐擁22億身家，豪車出入，各類名牌傍身，是名副其實的豪門闊太。21日中午，李念通過微博做出回應，稱媒體爆料的所謂愛馬仕牌手機殼只是幾十元的地攤貨。她希望外界放過自己，她喜歡在「潛水艇」裡過日子。

在演完《蝸居》後，李念曾坦言自己也做「房奴」，也在「還房貸」。2010年，就在外界以為「蝸居女」李念還在為生活打拼時，有媒體卻爆其已嫁入豪門，老公林和平身家22億港元，李念隨後回應：「我到現在還不知道老公的身價。」

日前，又有媒體爆出李念婚後坐擁22億元身家，是位名副其實的豪門闊太。該新聞還附上了一組李念的生活照，照片中的李念名牌傍身，豪車出入，並指其用的有「H」字樣的手機殼為愛馬仕牌。

21日中午，李念通過微博斥責該媒體：「新聞沒啥可寫了嗎？天天炒剩飯。 那是我工作時街拍的圖片，H標誌也不一定就是甚麼愛馬仕手機殼啦，地攤上幾十塊都買得到。姐真的只是個傳說，放過我吧，我還是喜歡『潛水艇』裡過日子，謝謝。」
