【胡守得／台北報導】再生受刑人中心社長董念台，今天上午上身穿西裝、下身著短褲及拖鞋，到台北地檢署按鈴控告承審洪仲丘案的桃園地院3名法官涉嫌瀆職、圖利原告。
 
董念台說，「洪案發展至今，就像是原告指揮報案，被告沒有人權，全身穿著是諷立院修法，修法修半套，像仿色情業，洪案軍檢起訴不公，應將軍方起訴廢除，移由桃檢起訴，而不是直接交由桃院審理，審理洪案的桃院3名法官代表是中華民國法律，應公平審判，不該有壓力」。

屏東縣是全國第四胖，今年減重目標是27公噸，衛生局準備號召2萬7千人，以1人1公斤為目標，但距年底只剩4個月多，屏東縣只達標47%，還有一大段距離要努力。

衛生福利部國民健康署民國97年至99年，針對臺灣地區18歲以上國人進行「過重及肥胖盛行率調查」，屏縣肥胖人口比率為40.4%，排名全國第四。另外根據去年的調查，屏東縣成人肥胖比率為45.1%，也高於全國平均值41.7%。

屏東縣衛生局指出，去年全縣減重目標是27公噸，第一年鎖定減重對象是警察等特定族群，結果繳出了32公噸的成績單，今年衛生局是以全民為目標，預計號召2萬7千人，以1人1公斤為目標，以達成全縣年減重27公噸的目標，但目前為止全縣完成率只有47%。

由於目前已經有其他縣市達到全年的減重目標，讓屏東縣衛生局因此不敢掉以輕心，近來在各項宣導活動中，總不忘提醒民眾加入一起減重的行列，想要揪團減重的民眾也可以洽詢各地衛生所。

衛生局保健科長呂孟倫指出，減重考驗的就是耐力，她呼籲想減重民眾只要持續努力，「數字一定下降」。

【綜合報導】英國蘭開夏郡一頭傑克羅素㹴犬，平常都在主人家撲滿碎石子的後院玩，日前主人發現小狗精神很差、食欲不振，帶牠去看獸醫。獸醫判斷小狗腹內有異物，照了X光後大吃一驚，原來小狗的腸道內已經塞滿了大大小小的石頭，經過緊急手術將石頭取出，竟有80多顆。

獸醫表示，如果不馬上處理，小狗的腸道可能破裂。現在小狗已經恢復健康。

【大紀元2013年08月26日訊】（大紀元記者駱亞報道）薄熙來受賄、貪污、濫用職權一案，經濟南中院的5天審理，26日下午1點左右一審庭審結束，法庭將擇期宣判。薄熙來的自辯護詞中出現中共高官的情色荒誕劇，薄熙來在解釋王立軍為何要跑時，稱王自述的幾個理由不成立，他披露王立軍暗戀薄谷開來，因為被薄撞見他向薄谷開來求愛，怕薄熙來戴「綠帽子」後惱怒而出逃。

消息出來後，引起輿論一片嘩然，認為再優秀的劇作家，也編不出如此荒唐的高官情色故事。甚至審判長亦認為故事太八卦，不停的追問薄熙來，讓其繼續講。

今天薄案庭審薄熙來最後自辯，出現了薄案審理以來最八卦的內容。他在自辯護詞中稱，其實王立軍逃跑是因為跟薄谷開來的「戀情」被其撞破，他說：「王立軍暗戀著谷開來，情感糾結，他不能自拔，也向谷開來做了表白，這個他與谷開來寫信時寫出來了，而且自己打了自己八個耳光。」薄熙來還稱，自己突然出現並且收走了東西，「王立軍知道我的性格，侵害我的基本情感，這才是他真正叛逃的原因，把水攪渾。」

大陸有律師對此評論，薄熙來透露王立軍和薄谷開來的「戀情」，薄因為撞見王立軍向薄谷開來求愛、被戴「綠帽子」而惱怒。再優秀的劇作家，也編不出如此荒唐的高官情色故事。另外他還說，「這個審判長也太八卦了，不停的追問薄熙來，讓其繼續講。」

著名時評人五嶽散人表示：「連王立軍暗戀谷開來這麼狗血的劇情都出來了，我那金絲邊兒眼鏡碎了一地，節操更是碎得連渣子都找不到了。」

目前中共一直掩蓋薄案真正的真相，網絡上越來越多的人在議論，認為這個案件實在太可笑。新浪的「假裝在西安」表示：「把一個政治犯審成了一個經濟犯和流氓犯，把薛蠻子這個嫖娼犯當成了政治犯。這案子審得，我為什麼總是忍不住想笑？」

政論家曹長青認為「薄熙來的庭審戲，讓人想到整個共產黨。薄熙來是共產黨的縮影，代表這個黨的全部特色：滿口仁義道德，背後男盜女娼；好話說盡，壞事做絕。在『偉光正』的背後，是罪惡、腐敗、黑暗、邪門。」

【綜合報導】副總統吳敦義的女兒吳子安昨帶兒子出國前往帛琉度假，抵桃園機場才發現兒子護照效期不夠，外交部緊急幫他製作1本新的護照，飛機150名乘名在機上空等，延遲11分鐘起飛。外交部強調，「這不是皇親國戚才享有的特權」，網友在其官網找出辦理護照相關規定，轟外交部「白賊！」

外交部領務局長陳經銓昨表示，國人只要可以證明，真的有立即出國的需要，外交部均用最急件幫忙辦理，原本須4天工作天，最快幾個小時就能拿到，最多只加收 900元，「這不是皇親國戚才享有的特權，外交部對有需求的國人都一視同仁，且即使是皇親國戚辦理，外交部也還是一樣收900元。」

臉書粉絲團《吳敦義有病》指出，外交部領事事務局網站以紅字說明，桃園機場辦事處位於桃機第一、第二航廈的管制區域內，「不受理在台國人臨櫃申請護照、簽證及文件驗證」；該粉絲團揶揄，「外交部吃到白副的口水，也在白賊？」
