【綜合報導】1名林姓男子今年6月花費近6000元，網買1個號稱仿日本女星的充氣矽膠娃娃，圖片是本美豔又夢幻，但收到貨時竟是恐怖又劣質、像鬼般的中國製充氣娃娃，直呼「用不下去」。情趣用品專家說，要買到這麼醜的娃娃也不容易，評估只值1000元。

林男投訴，在網站「愛．久久充氣娃娃專賣店」購買其中一款取名麻生久美子的「高仿真超完美充氣美少女」，標榜由奈米級高級醫用無毒矽膠材料精製，到貨後與網路上的圖片「差很大」，不但娃娃五官不正、捲髮散亂，未充氣的身軀乾癟， 看來令人作嘔、恐怖，又因業者在中國，無法依國內《消保法》7天內退換貨。

【綜合報導】北韓平壤最近也開始很潮，出現不少咖啡店，1杯咖啡平均售價為3.5美元(約新台幣100元)，但卻是當地工人一個月的薪資。

根據南韓《朝鮮日報》報導，曾到北韓進行交流的代表發表文章指出，平壤人越來越喜歡喝咖啡，他更親身光顧了一家位於平壤飯店的咖啡店。該店備有咖啡豆和咖啡機，並有店員親手調製過濾式咖啡。除了普通咖啡外，店內還有焦糖瑪奇朵、「椰子吻」、「生日快樂」之類名稱雞尾酒和飲料。

但撰文者稱咖啡味道有點怪，咖啡豆粗糙，似乎過了期，不過Espresso和卡布奇諾還不錯。

三星於IFA 2013柏林消費電子展前，在當地舉辦發表會揭露了旗下大螢幕手機Note系列最新一代機種：GALAXY Note 3。具有比前一代更大的螢幕、強化的S Pen及多工處理能力，同時也一併發表了搭配Note 3使用的GALAXY Gear智慧型手錶。

GALAXY Note 3擁有5.7吋full HD Super AMOLED螢幕，比前一代Note 2還要大，但機身更薄更窄，採用柔軟有紋路的背蓋，在邊緣並有縫線設計，模擬真實的筆記本質感。

Action Memo：可辨識手寫內容，自動做相對應處理。比如辨識出手寫電話號碼，就可以直接打電話或加入通訊錄，或是在地圖上搜尋一段手寫地址，或是直接搜尋網路、或是存入待辦事項等。
Scrapbook：可以從網路、YouTube或相簿中擷取內容存入Scrapbook，並保留來源網址，以便日後追蹤。
Screen Write：擷取螢幕畫面，並在其上加入註解或筆記等
S Finder：搜尋手機中所有的資料，並可以辨認手寫內容、符號、公式等。

（中央社記者羅秀文台北31日）生策會與生策中心9月2日上午將舉行記者會，說明33項生醫政策執行進度，行政院長江宜樺、立法院長王金平將出席，市場預期將釋出政策利多，生技股漲勢可期。

去年8月31日，立法院長王金平和當時的行政院長陳(沖)共同舉行記者會，宣布全數採納生策會及生策中心提出的4篇16條共33項結論，並具體形成政策。

其中，包括獎勵在台研發新藥、放寬生技新藥條例補助對象等11項政策立即推動； 1年內陸續推動藥品及藥價政策、重整預算配置等12項政策。另外，有10項牽涉政府組織架構變革的項目，行政院也允諾在 3年內完成。

生策會與生策中心9月2日上午10時將舉辦「2013生醫產業總評記者會」，說明33項政策執行進度，並發表生醫產業營運績效、新藥研發能量調查，提供大眾參考。

近來胖達人麵包店遭查獲添加人工香精，引發風波，風暴更由食品安全延燒到股市。為了提升生技產業的資訊透明度，生策會網羅具指標性的生醫公司，包含上市櫃和公開發行公司，分析營運績效和新藥研發能量，提供投資大眾參考。

政府近年大力推動生技業發展，市場預期行政院在記者會中將有重大宣示，例如將第二類醫材納入租稅優惠範圍，可望帶動生技股行情。1020831

連日豪雨造成屏東地區土石坍塌，今日上午7時33分左右，從台東開往高雄的302次自強號，在行經屏東枋野加祿間時，於枋山隧道口撞及土石流，造成12人受傷，其中一人脊椎重傷。由於目前當地雨勢仍大，其中四節車廂仍受困於隧道內，台灣鐵路局已緊急安排區間車，將車上250名旅客送往台東大武站。

台鐵副局長鹿潔身說，302次自強號共有六節車廂，車身達120公尺。上午從台東開往高雄，7時33分正準備進入位枋山隧道二號出口時，於第六節車廂列駕駛發現隧道口有土石流坍方，緊急煞車後仍不敵車速，導致五、六節車廂分離、二到五車出軌，三到六車更直接衝撞到土石堆中，目前仍卡在隧道內。

鹿潔身表示，由於事故現場後方剛好有3514次區間車行經，台鐵局於9點25分緊急調度區間車，將受困旅客載離現場，10點08分左右抵達台東大武站。根據台鐵局初步掌握，事故列車上約有250名乘客，其中12名受傷，主要位於列車行進前方第五、第六節車廂。其中九名乘客輕傷、三名乘客重傷，最嚴重者傷及脊椎，列車駕駛也輕微擦傷。

鹿潔身表示，目前事故現場依然下著豪大雨，加上隧道口天線也被撞斷，通訊不易增加搶救難度。台鐵、地方消防局與搶救人員均全力動員進入現場，但受限於地形和雨勢，預估今日內仍無法將列車從隧道內移出。他說，列車如提早40秒通過此路段，就可避免這次意外。

而敘利亞局勢緊張，海外敘利亞人在各地也舉辦示威，支持敘國政府與總統阿塞德(Bashar al-Assad)，並抗議美國假藉各種名義以武力干預敘利亞內政。
