【李俊淇／新北報導】新北市一名22歲魏姓男子，日前在家中使用foxy軟體下載分享歐美幼幼情色影片，警方根據網路IP循線逮人，魏男坦承因為好奇才會下載來看，看完一次覺得不好看就把它刪除，以為這樣就沒事了，警方訊後依違反《兒童及少年性交易防制條例》將他移送法辦。

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）的政策動向，牽動市場情緒，投資人對Fed下屆主席人選的關注程度也逐漸攀升。美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）在接受《紐約時報》專訪時透露，接替Fed現任主席柏南克（Ben Bernanke）的人選範圍，已經縮小到「幾位傑出的候選人」。

對於心中合適人選的條件，歐巴馬強調，希望未來的Fed主席能客觀看待美國民眾的生活問題，致力於協助美國經濟實現成長，而非僅關注於控制通膨與確保市場穩定等抽象工作上。

【呂志明／台北報導】27歲的游姓計程車運將，因心儀在卡拉OK店上班的張姓女子，不滿張女已是別人未婚妻，竟將怨氣出在張女的林姓未婚夫身上，今年6月間拿大草刀砍傷林男頸部，台北地檢署今天偵結，依殺人未遂罪將游男起訴。

檢警查出，今年4、5月間，游男前往新北巿新店區的一家卡拉OK店消費，因此認識張姓女店員並對張女心生好感，但當他得知張女已訂婚，且對象也是計程車運將後竟心生不滿，將一把大草刀放在後車廂，準備談判。

今年6月4日凌晨3時許，游男駕車前往卡拉OK店外埋伏，見林男將計程車停放在店前休息，遂戴上白手套並從後車廂取出大草刀，走到林男車旁朝車內休息中的林男亂砍，林男緊急逃到店內，張男則趁隙逃逸。林男被送醫後除頸部有穿刺傷之外，手臂、大腿等多處也有割傷，急救後始脫離險境，警方據報調閱附近監視畫面，才將游男逮捕歸案。

【呂健豪／新北報導】這位男子真命大！新店新坡一街今天上午11時左右，發生一起機車車禍，56歲的曲姓機車騎士直接墜落約9公尺深的山溝，男子疼痛哀號，消防人員身綁繩索垂降後架設雙截梯將老翁救起送醫，所幸僅右腳擦傷。

目擊者表示，看到機車車速很快過彎，就聽到巨大的碰撞聲，趕緊掉頭查看，就發現機車倒在護欄邊，騎士已掉入邊坡疼痛的哀嚎，便馬上報警處理。

標題[問題] 電腦重灌後常當機

自從電腦在3月份重灌後 常發生一些奇怪的的當機情形 例如,逛露天拍賣 幾乎100%當機 還自動重新開機 只要滑鼠拉動網頁捲軸就當了！ 即使只有開一個網頁也一樣,並沒有同時操作很多視窗 我也不知道這是什麼情形？到底是哪個環節出錯 是否又要再重灌一次 有時候開其他網頁 視窗還會出現out of memory at line:10 請問這是什麼意思呢？謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.166.3.230

狂犬病疫情令民眾恐慌，衛生福利部和農委會上午在立法院召開記者會，公布四大優先施打疫苗的對象；一般民眾除非被咬傷，否則不能施打。疾管署呼籲，若民眾有任何疑問，可打1922防疫專線詢問。

疾管署副署長周志浩表示，四種優先「預防性施打」的對象。第一優先是居住在有被檢驗出染病動物的地區以及山地鄉民眾，第二優先是農委會與野生動物接觸的人員，第三順位是疾管署的人員，第四順位是獸醫師。

【郭美瑜／台北報導】台北市議員厲耿桂芳今發布新聞稿表示，河濱公園是台北市民平日休憩、運動的最佳去處，但北市28處河濱公園，圓山、迎風等11處竟無垃圾桶，總計有7成公園的垃圾桶數量不超過2個，實在非常不便民。  

北市水利處回應，因北市實施垃圾不落地政策，才減量設置垃圾桶，但都會配合大型活動、設立臨時性垃圾桶供民眾使用。
