【林昱丞／台北報導】台北市消防局昨天晚上8時許接獲民眾報案，成功路1處民宅有男子跌倒需要送醫，救護人員趕抵現場，發現需要送醫的男子體重竟超過250公斤，趕緊通報消防局加派人力支援，最後在8名壯漢合力下，花了約1小時終於將男子搬運下樓送醫救治，所幸男子並無大礙。

由於國際鐵砂及穀物等大宗物資的貨幣需求強勁，國際散裝貨輪運價指標─波羅的海運價指數6日再度大幅上升5.7%，創3年來最大單日漲幅，而為1352，累計一周共上升達19%。

分析師指出，中國大陸的鋼鐵產量增加，帶動鐵砂貨運需求增強；同時美國農業部預估，今年全球黃豆及穀物等農產品出口量將增加到接近最高記錄的水平，使穀物貨運需求亦強。

【綜合報導】第31屆日月潭萬人泳渡活動，今天上午在日月潭朝霧碼頭開始，這次活動共有2萬5千多人參與，選手下水時場面非常壯觀。

據《壹電視》報導，這次的日月潭萬人泳渡活動，由於人數過多，主辦單位預計中午12點至1點時，所有選手才會全部下水，預計下午3點到4點，最後一名選手才會上岸，而這2萬5千多名選手中，其中1千多名選手來自30多個國家，237位身障選手，還有849位陸客參與，而主辦單位為了要保護選手安全，還特別派出直昇機從空中觀察選手情況。

【李菁豪／高雄報導】秋刀魚漁期為每年6至11月，現在正是產季，雖然台灣傳統作業漁場是在日本北海道以東，俄羅斯堪察加半島以南的西北太平洋公海水域，距離日本發生核災的福島核電廠達720公里以上，距離甚遠。

但為消除民眾對漁獲可能遭受輻射汙染疑慮， 漁業署自今年7月23日起持續至年底，對返台魚貨辦理輻射抽樣檢測，7、8月已抽樣6艘漁船漁獲，每艘船抽驗1公斤秋刀魚，依其規格大小每艘抽8至15隻秋刀魚，送行政院原子能委員會輻射偵測中心，經清洗、去骨、乾燒等處理，再依輻射檢測分析方法檢測，檢測結果均符合規定。

【陳韋劭／新北報導】新北市1名民眾今天上午11時許，聽到「碰」的一聲巨響，連忙出來查看，發現鄰居周姓女子倒臥在1樓的遮雨棚上，連忙通知住在2樓的周女母親，並通知一一九。警消趕抵立即將周女送醫，但情況仍不樂觀。

警方調查，周女從公寓6樓頂墜落，平時精神狀態不佳，也很少出門，將會深入調查釐清周女墜樓原因。

景氣回溫 陸8月PMI升至51

【2013-09-02蘋果日報】中國物流與採購聯合會、國家統計局服務業調查中心昨公布，8月中國製造業採購經理人指數（Purchasing Managers’Index，PMI）升達51，比7月升0.7，為連續第2個月成長，顯示當前中國經濟仍保持穩定成長。中國物流與採購聯合會、國家統計局服務業調查中心報告指出，8月中國製造業PMI指數顯示，需求回升較為明顯，企業補庫存趨於積極，市場供需狀況趨於改善，企業預期持續向好，就業穩中趨升。

8月PMI中的分項指數都出現成長，其中新訂單指數增加至52.4，比7月升1.8，自去年下半年以來，該指數回升幅度首次超過1個百分點；新出口訂單指數自去年3月來，首次回升到50以上，達到50.2。 企業產成品庫存指數、原材料庫存指數持續數個月位於50以下，8月略回升。採購量指數連2個月回升，8月達52，較7月回升2。反映庫存調整接近尾聲，補庫存活動趨於積極。

陸GDP成長放慢 薪情反而好

【2013-09-02經濟日報】經濟成長率趨緩並沒有影響大陸各地調升最低工資標準的速度，湖北省昨（1）日上調最低工資標準後，大陸31個省市迄今，已有24個省分先後調升最低工資標準，估計今年上調最低工資標準的省市將超過去年。湖北最低工資標準9月1日起，由原來每月人民幣1,100元（約新台幣5,388元）上調至1,300元（約新台幣6,366元），升幅約18%。

大陸人力資源和社會保障部公布的資料顯示，2011年大陸共有24個省市調升最低工資標準，平均調幅22%；2012年有25個省市調整最低工資標準，平均調20.2%。2013年過了四分之三，就已有24個省市調升最低工資標準，中新網預估，今年全年調整最低工資標準的省市數量可望超過去年，絲毫不受經濟成長速度趨緩影響。

陸非製造業商務 秋季前景看好

【2013-09-04經濟日報】8月份，在中國非製造業PMI各單項指數中，同上月相比，新訂單、在手訂單指數、存貨指數、從業人員指數、供應商配送時間指數上升。其中，在手訂單指數、從業人員指數上升明顯，升幅超過1個百分點；新出口訂單指數、中間投入價格指數、收費價格指數、業務活動預期指數下降。其中，新出口訂單指數降幅最大，超過3個百分點。

中國物流與採購聯合會副會長蔡進認為，8月份，中國非製造業經濟運行穩定。新訂單指數回升，為未來幾個月發展奠定了需求基礎。從業人員指數較大幅度回升，就業環境趨於改善。
