檢調偵辦新北市政府工務局6名官員涉收賄喝花酒、接受性招待，加速核發建商使用執照、建築執照或放水案，昨帶回桃縣政府鄔姓股長、新北市府曾姓科長及業者共8名被告；新北地檢署今天清晨訊後，將鄔依10萬元、黃姓業者依5萬元交保，曾與其他業者請回。

新北市政府工務局今年3月爆發官員涉嫌透過跑單業者接受業者行賄喝花酒、性招待案，昨上午檢察官指揮新北市調處，再度兵分7路搜索包括新北市政府施工科曾姓科長住處、桃園縣政府工程科鄔姓股長辦公室及住處、業者公司、住家與酒店等地。

據指出，曾姓科長被跟監發現去年9月與今年2月，接受林姓建築師招待到台北市酒店喝花酒；但他供稱跟業者是多年好友，第一次是慶祝升官，第二次只是朋友聚會，均無因此加速核發執照，檢調亦查無其他收賄、幫助通關證據。

鄔則是從2012年11月開始，陸續遭跟監發現有8次接受林招待喝花酒與帶小姐出場。鄔見到相關事證後承認上酒店，但表示他也有付錢，不是全部都讓業者請；而他確實曾經請核發執照的承辦人儘快加速完成，但純屬口頭建議，相關的三個建案本身也沒有問題。

民進黨主席蘇貞昌今天中午赴北市議會民進黨團，作卸任主席前的拜會。

針對親民黨主席宋楚瑜與中共總書記習近平在北京會面時，宋希望中國多體諒台灣的本土意識，習則指兩岸沒有化解不開的心結。蘇貞昌說，民進黨尊重親民黨宋主席的政黨外交，但從最近一波波公民運動可以很清楚看到，台灣的未來由2300萬人民自主決定；民進黨對台灣的主權、自由民主的價值，以及台灣人堅持的自由民主、開放生活，都與台灣人民同步主張與堅持。

立法院內政委員會傍晚5點23分時，因時間快到5點半預定會議時間，而主席陳其邁又因輪到要質詢，由國民黨立委邱文彥代理主席，當時因國民黨立委吳育昇提案5點半就散會，邱宣告等陳質詢完就散會，但民進黨立委堅持要處理完臨時提案才可散會，陳其邁憤而宣布休息到深夜12點，並嗆吳：「撒什麼野！你就不要去汽車旅館，有種就等到12點！」

下午會議進行到最後一位質詢的立委陳其邁時，陳已換上「路過」T恤，準備上場。沒想到因國民黨立委要求五點半一到，等陳質詢完就散會，引發陳其邁、民進黨立委李俊俋不滿，陳立刻上台與吳育昇互嗆，隨後宣告休息到12點。

陳其邁痛批：「你護航就護過頭，看誰在杯葛議事，連提案要處理都不行，亂來！」李俊俋也批：「最基本的尊重要有啊！不然是把立法院當成行政院的狗嗎？」陳還酸吳：「你是怕被罷免嗎？」吳回嗆：「我才不會怕被罷免！」傍晚5點47分，朝野立委協商完畢，願意處理完臨時提案再散會，因此陳其邁宣告恢復開會。（黃揚明／台北報導）
